Comfortable but SOME CONCERNS.............

Desk staff was very helpful, comfortable room (except for the damaged light switch in the bathroom); average breakfast consisting of "usual" fare for a quick eat and run .... "seedy" looking people hanging out in the stairwells at night smoking and drinking...... I needed to go out several times to the parking lot after dark, and felt a bit "Unsafe". During the night people kept going in and out the door and the door slammed, and you could hear it in the room.

We had 3 rooms reserved for this hotel. First, I do not believe any of these good reviews on here. All rooms were smoke, urine, and mold smelling. There was blood on a light switch, stains all over the furniture and rugs. There was bags over the smoke detector to prevent it from going off. Hotel staff could not help us. Changed one room which was worse. GM said he couldn't help us either. We were traveling with 12 people, 4 small children. As soon as the sun came up we were out.

If you plan to spend only a night if you are making a stop over while driving a longer distance - the bed is comfortable, there is hot water in the bath (great shampoo and soap) but everything else needs improvement - the hotel carpets need an upgrade, the breakfast is takeaway and the coffee can be better. Price is about $20 more than it should be for such a facility. Not a bad place if the other options in the area are more expensive but spending more than a night here is a stretch.

Very clean, functional rooms decorated with taste refrigerator & microwave. Hot water and good water pressure. Friendly staff good location with many restaurants walking distance and a mall. Great hotel for one nighter while on the road.

I typical stay at Hampton Inn or Hilton or Marriott properties. I use to travel a lot. 20+ states, Guam, other countries for work. I did my research. Need a location and dog friendly. This seemed to check the boxes. I’ll be brief. This property is one step away from 3rd world. No real effort to clean or even a nod to COVID-19 sanitization. I have photos. Staff not wearing masks. Mold in showers, filth indoors halls, and on bed. Cans at doors, lawn , and parking. Rooms not cleaned between nights. We only needed 2 nights and a place for our dog, but we should have slept in car, or moved. Dank in both rooms, ants in both rooms, mold, unclean in room and halls. Reminded me of a Delta delay at Atlanta that provided all passengers a room. I saw the room and slept at the IHOP. FYI free breakfast is no more than what you can get at a gas station. While coffee was dispensed, it was easy to tell it was instant. In room not any better. I did not expect much at this price point, but this was below my imagination.
