I was thrilled with the staff and the rooms at the hotel. There was constantly a cleaning crew. The staff were friendly and wanting to assist in anyway possible. You can’t go wrong staying here. For personal or business

This was the perfect place to stay for our state gymnastics meet. Staff and service were terrific. Bar prices were a bit high for a Hyatt Place. Breakfast was ok, but tons of options. Would stay here again.

Was a great place was not happy about having dirty blankets and finding stuff in walls that where noticeable and should have been cleaned .. also should have microwaves in room as a lot of guest I’m sure would actually like to warm things up

Like a new hotel, clean and spacious room. Services was terrible especially the women at night shift. Cancel my room and put me to different room without apology. Asked me to move out while new room wasn’t ready. No hair dryer and can’t find one either. Microwave for common used was very dirty and smell.

We were only here one night but am planning on staying again if in the area. Rooms were super comfy and clean. Bathroom was spacious and clean. In lobby bar was welcoming and was open of we needed it to be. Breakfast was just ok with the boxed breakfast sandwiches. Lots of self serve items and the coffee was good. I highly recommend!
