Helpful and friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms. I had all my kids and my husband with me. It was Christmas. Our luck wasn’t great because our truck broke down and our trailer was broken into. Our items were gone through and some stolen, but the rest of the stay was good. The hotel staff were great and helpful and friendly. I’m thankful we had a nice place to be stuck at.
Great place to stay when visiting Crystal Bridges
Hyatt Place hotels rarely disappoint and this location was great as most are. The staff here was very friendly and facility was clean. I would definitely stay here again. The layout of two queen beds and a sofa bed is perfect for my 4 person family.
Perfect hotel
The room was very clean and plenty of space. Staff was very helpful. Good COVID practices, we felt very safe. Good location for going to Bentonville. We enjoyed our stay! Will definitely be back again.
Great!!
Property is always clean and well maintained whenever we visit. Very large rooms that make us feel comfortable and able to spread out. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Normally the breakfast offerings are better but we realize due to covid things needed to change. We will stay here each time we visit family in the area.
Unbelievably noisy
This hotel we thought would be one of the best you can stay in. However it’s right by a busy noisy hiway. The window were so cheap you can hear so much noise you can’t sleep. We would never choose this place again.
