Food preparation preference
Writing this review based on multiple trips I've made to the same hotel. When it comes to food preparation preferences it seems it's not worth the bother because they will ask how you want something prepared and still serve you something totally different. This here is a "well done burger". Served as close to raw as possible. This has happened on so many previous stays and I'velet it slide but I don't think it's right.
Nice
Pleasant convenient aparthotel near CDG airport and in pleasant green area of Roissy. Stayed in an apartment - large bedroom, nice bathroom, large living room/kitchen. Friendly helpful staff. Living room/kitchen needed a lick of paint here and there - other than that a good place to stay for a night near the airport. Didn't eat there so don't know about breakfast.

Not recommended at all if you are not in transit. Only OK place if you have short transit in between flights otherwise nothing special. Rooms were small housekeeping didn't come even after 4 days. Reception and hotel staff wasn't friendly and they seriously lag behind in customer service. No body is willing to solve a problem. Stayed there during intense heat wave in France temp was around 38C and Hotel didn't have proper air conditioning nor they have any fans it was terrible. Breakfast was OK again nothing special,in-fact I would rate below average. Best part was free shuttle service provided by different hotels in the area to airport terminal 2 which runs every 20 min. Aeroville mall is nearby 10-15 mins walks. Roissy Village is very beautiful and clean. If you stay in this hotel then should go for a walk in village.

Well furnished but could do a bit better in terms of customer care. Staff friendly but seemed to be tied down by policies. Holidays are a nightmare for residents as most of the services are unavailable
