Great hosts, Marilu waiting on arrival with lots of info, quick and easy to reach if you had a question. Owner Francesco friendly and helpful. Comfy beds. Church bells at 7.45am daily, but that’s enough sleep! Nearly 100 steps but my legs are stronger now. Would stay again. Great value limo transfer EUR45. It’s cheap so don’t expect luxury, but is spacious and comfortable (could sleep 7...just!).

The apartment is VERY centrally located. Walking distance from Castel Sant Angelo, right next to Piazza Navona. The neighborhood has LOTS of shops, and restaurants, and pizzerias, and most importantly, lots of gelaterias. There is even a taxi stand at the end of the street. This is helpful because you’re not supposed to flag a taxi in Italy.
There are brochures and books to read and literally guidebooks. And a guidebook that they made. A binder full of pages they printed out of what there is to see and do in Rome. They have business cards with discounts at this and that. I would recommend taking pictures of them. That way if you end up at one, you know what the password is to get the discount.
It has an Air Conditioner! You are going to worship that A/C in August!
Since it is a loft, the upstairs bedroom has beams that are low. And the doorway to the bathroom is low.
The only thing with the apartment is... 5 flight of stairs (87 steps). And that is just to the living room and kitchen. Then there are another 10 steps up to the bedroom and bathroom.
The other weird thing are the light switches. As you walk in the door, immediately on your left are light switches. Of course, they do Not turn on the lights in the living room, right in front of you. They turn on the lights in the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The light switches for the living room, are around the corner in the kitchen, of course. But that’s the same with all Italian apartments. Light switches are an art form. You never know where they will be.
Great place to stay for a family

Our family of five really enjoyed our visit to Rome in February. Coronari was everything we expected and more. The location was ideal, making it easy to walk to all the main sites, even for our four year old. The appartement was spacious and comfortable, having enough room for everyone. The teenagers took the bedroom. parents and the youngest had a lovely room upstairs and still there was a sitting area for the whole family in the combined kitchen - living room. The terrace on the roof was super cute, the weather just didn't let us use it, but we visited it a couple of times. Everything was very clean and nice and the bathroom met our Scandic, quite strict standards wonderfully. I warmly recommend the place and if travelling to Rome with our family again or a larger group of people, will definitely stay here again.

Stayed as a family of five in May of 2018. The apartment is located literally 4 minutes walk from Piazza Navona. The Pantheon, The Vatican, Castel St Angelo were all so close by. Great restaurants and a few small supermarkets so close by.
The apartment itself was quite nice. Mr Fucito has done a great job with the unique space . Yes, it's a very long walk up those stairs...but you have a well air conditioned and tastefully decorated apartment waiting for you at the top. We absolutely loved the rooftop patio. What a nice feature! The entrance to the patio is a little unconventional, but we were so happy that it had been worked into the apartment somehow.
The beds were quite comfortable, and our children very much enjoyed being able to watch Netflix on the large television in the evening. Our Wi-Fi did cut out once or twice, but clearly written instructional leaflets were there for everything.
The stairs and the access to the patio may make it difficult for seniors, or those with trouble walking, but we loved it.
Our airport taxi didn't work out on the way to the apartment, but that's Rome. Our driver on the way back was 15 minutes early, and didn't mind waiting while we gathered up the last of our things.
Highly recommend this apartment for it's features, it's friendly and helpful owner, and the location. It really was a great trip. Thank you, Mr. Fucito!
