Location is tops

Rooms are cute and are small and clean. Bit of noise from other guest rooms. Wifi is free and fast. Location is about 3 min walk from Termini but you need the exit near MacDonalds. Doors lock when you close the door and getting in from the street requires you to be buzzed through so safety is a priority.
Close to all forms of transport

Great wee hotel, very clean, towels changed every day and only two streets away from the Metro underground, bus and main line train station. Fantastic value continental breakfast if paid in advance. £1 per day - choice of cereal, yogurt, rolls add ham, cheese, preserves or chocolate spread. Juice and tea, coffee and pastries.
Good location but very basic

We were a group of 7 persons and took 2 rooms - one for 4 and one for 3. It was clean, but our room (3 persons) was very small and inconvenient - there wasn't a night stand for all of us, the power switch for recharging was inconvenient, too. The bathroom was flooded after taking a shower after the first two days - they fixed it later. We have air-conditioned, thanks God. In the room there were some things that needed to be fixed. The breakfast was simple, the first day the coffee machine was broken - nevertheless the coffee sucks and recommend avoiding the breakfast and eating outside. The walls are really thin and you can hear all kind of noises.
However, the staff was polite, the prices are really low and the location is good for everyone who needs to use public transport.

The hotel is located within 5 minutes of the Rome Termini station.
The rooms are very basic with a toilet/shower combo and no air conditioning. However, a mini fridge is provided which we used to leave water in overnight.
We had a major problem with an electricty and water cut on our last night. However, the hotel did let us extend our check out time until the water had been fixed and we were able to take a shower.
Overall, it's a place to spend the night for a relatively low price.
Don't forget the city tax for Rome is 3€ per person per night.
Good location is not enough...

We chose this hotel because it had a good location, close to the "termini" and with accesses to Rome's must see fairly close, and also because we were on a budget. But being on a budget and being this a budget hotel doesn't mean it should lack some essential features such as a comfortable bed (mattresses are in need of replacement so are the pillows), the smell in the room when we came in for the first time was of enclosed mould and dust (although the room and bathroom seemed clean at first glance), we had to leave the window open for a couple of hours, the bed throw and cover smelled like being inside a closet for a long time dusting, the walls are so thin you can listen to everything happening around, people banging doors, talking, we even got someone trying to get in our room at 1am which had to call reception to deal with it...the staff except for what seemed to be the manager, were very rude, not helpful, even at breakfast we had to ask for the juice and coffee machine to be turned on, for mugs for the coffee, tables were not set nor ready, right after the cappuccino comes out of the machine without coffee...we just gave up and took breakfast outside. Won't stay again nor recommend to anyone...very poor.
