This was a disappointment. Bedroom was in a loft which made room very hot. Would not have been so bad but the AC didn't work. Additionally the bed was terrible. Hard and resting on a broken frame. Would not return.

Excellent elegantly decorated room with beautiful bathroom and the best hotel shower I've come across. Central location, across the road from the Rome Opera House and a short walk to the Metro. Great cafe next door and a supermarket on the same street. Would love to stay here again.

After a ten day visit to Italy including a 3 nights stay in Rome earlier during our vacation we choose this hotel for it's proximity to the train station for quick train to the airport the next morning. The clerk was condescending, the room was dirty and in no way resembled any of the accommodation photos on the website. Their were bugs in the bed, three light bulbs out an air conditioner that was under powered, a moldy smelling shower, the cupboard were plastic and not well assembled and the walls were marred. In addition the bedroom was in a loft that was accessed only by ten or twelve narrow metal stairs, once you got to the bedroom one could not stand up because the ceiling was in an "a frame" and the tallest point of the room was right over the bed. We asked for another room but were told that there were none available nor did the clerk offer us any discount or added value for this substandard room that was clearly not ready to be occupied. When he escorted us to our room the clerk encouraged us to not go through a third party next time we booked (like that was really going to happen, not) so that his hotel did not have to pay the booking fees or commissions. I am in the Hotel business in the USA and one should never bite the hands that feeds you. They should be pleased with the third party and the fact that they even send business to this substandard 'hotel". In addition the elevator appeared to be a very old and unsafe freight elevator that after our first ride we dared not get in it again. When we checked in we inquired how much a cab to the airport would be to the airport) in case we decided not to take the train) and the clerk quoted double the rate that was stated in the Trip Advisor confirmation that was sent to us when we prepaid. The clerk also collected more tax from us upon arrival that was quoted in our confirmation. This was by far the worst place we stayed in Italy and the worst hotel we have stayed in in our entire lives.

The "hotel" (it consists of a porter´s office and a series of rooms on the 1st floor of an old building) is well located, 10 min from Roma Terminii (ON FOOT) The price does NOT include breakfast - we were asked to pay 6 euros city tax for 1 night but we showed the porter our booking form which stated that it should be 4 euros and he charged us 4. The room was very good - very modern and with no street noise A good choice for 1 night and/or if you don´t need breakfast

A great value for money! we booked early trough the official web-site. Hotel it’s very romantic for a couple. Just a 5/10 minute walk away from the main train station. Very comfortable room with a superb jacuzzi shower with different light colors to choose from, big flatscreen tv, located perfect for all the tourist must see things in Rome. They also rent dvd movies at the reception. Staff was so kind and helpfully thanks to Marco! would recommend this hotel to everyone!
