Lousy and rude staffs hotel

This hotel is Not represent a 4stars hotel with too many flaws as broken A/C (2nites of our stay), a broken shower faucet cap, stink smell, no toilet paper (only after we called, were being sent one roll to the room)and the most of all was very rude staffs with no English spoken and raised her voice impolitely when one of us confronted the Manager who (according to her version) entered a room for inspection without wearing her name tag and no wearing hotel uniform as an identity. during our leaving the room for the breakfast time. Secondly, we experience very rudely asked to leave the upstair dining room when some of us sat down together for chats and drank a bottle of our own wine at an empty breakfast dining room which was widely opened with no sign of Prohibited to be used by guest if not for breakfast time. We had no knowledge at all as its no written notice at all by the door. The staff found out and with very rudely yelled at us to leave the room immediately without considering that we were their hotel guests and entitled to be respected as a hotel guest. We even did apologize to those one male and female hotel staff for our innocence acts to use their widely opened door dining room (as no notice as well of using the room at any time by guests). We are very so disappointed and insulted by the way they treated us rudely when asked us to leave the room even though we offered to put the chairs back accordingly and managed to arrange the chairs and a table as it was before. Plus, with our very sorry n apology!. From that whole experience, I don’t recommend it at all to any one to stay in this kind of hotel that employees those kind of rude n unprofessional staffs. I give the worst rating for its bad treatment to us as a hotel guests who were staying for visit Italy vacation with a group of our big family member that came for gathering from all over the world.

This was a pleasant stay as we needed somewhere just for the 1 night as we landed in Rome late and wanted somewhere not too far from the airport and close to Rome. This suited us perfectly as it was clean and tidy.
Adreatina Park hotel - restaurant

We didn’t stay very long at this hotel today. arriving mid morning and leaving shortly after for lunch in Rome and came back to the hotel for dinner. Very very ably attended by Rita the waitress who took the time and patience to explain the Italian dishes and in particular why they taste so much better than back in Blighty . Thank you Rita for suggesting your tasty recommendations.

Some complain this is out of the city. This was why we sought it out. We were looking for a base outside of Rome to visit Ostia and the Appian Way. Modern, crisp hotel with very helpful staff. We booked it for a night as we were desperate for a room that night and would have slept in a shed. We were so happy with the hotel, we extended another 2 days. We highly recommend it. Even its restaurant is good for dinner. It is off the beaten path and as we drove there in the dark, we wondered what we had gotten ourselves into. It is down am industrial kind of road. When I opened the drapes in the morning, it was almost pastoral. Talk about looking very different in the AM. They recommended a great restaurant down the street (La Taberna Del Sardo). A wonderful time was had at both
