This is the second time I stayed at B&B Roma Ottaviano, first time in 2010, and the experience was great this time too. Very clean, very nice staff and few minutes walk from the Vatican. Every time I have to spend few nights in Rome this B&B is my preferred choice!

Highly recommended, comfortable and great value

Spotlessly clean, tidy, very well located, attentive and very courteous management, and very reasonably priced. Was there for two nights and had a very enjoyable stay. Quiet location and a 5 minute walk to the Ottaviano metro, buses and tram lines, near the Vatican.

First trip to Rome

We really liked the location of this B&B. The owners were very nice and provided a lot of information about the area. We look forward to returning. Local bakeries, restaurants, groceries and T stop are within walking distance. The Vatican is very close.

Extremely clean and quiet, and only a few blocks from the Vatican

My wife and 20-year-old daughter stayed for ten days. Staying here definitely enhanced our vacation. It's well located, just two blocks from the metro and about six blocks from the Vatican. You can get almost anywhere quickly. Our bathroom was huge. The wi-fi works great. It does look just like the pictures.

Very nice stay in Rome

B&B Ottaviano is on the fourth floor of a nice and quiet apartment building, not far from the Vatican. Even though it was August (when most businesses in Italy close), we were able to find groceries, bars, and nice restaurants in the area. In principle, you can walk from the B&B to downtown, but it may be more practical to take the metro, which is close to the B&B (a rare amenity in Rome) to Piazza di Spagna, or to Colosseo for the antiquities. The owners were very nice and responsive.
