Very nice place to stay in Trastevere

This place is in a great location in the cute part of Rome called Trastavere. The room was so nice and clean, and the balcony was cute. Our stay was wonderful. The place is so quiet, and we always had a clean room and towels every day. I would definitely recommend staying here, and would again when I come back to Rome. Thank you for making our first trip to Rome so nice and comfortable.
The only place I'll stay in Rome :)

I've stayed 3 times in Davide's B&B's in Trastevere and each time I leave looking forward to my next visit. Excellent value for money and you feel like you have your own actual apartment in a less touristy part of Rome - I recommend this over the more commercial hotels in the city centre. The location is still very central, you can literally walk anywhere from here or catch a tram that's right outside if you prefer. Excellent restaurants surrounding. Davide and Jada are super attentive and contactable and go to great effort to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Quiet, clean and cool rooms even in the heat of summer. You now receive a voucher for pastry and coffee at the lovel deli downstairs (as well as standard breakfast offerings, toast, cereal etc. in the kitchen) for breakfast and we actually really enjoyed this option.
For 100 euros / night we really expected more.

- Room was badly maintained wallpaper was peeling off. Inconsistent warm water temperature. Cleaning lady on 2 different occasions 10 in the morning was talking and laughing on the phone at inaudible volumes. Boring breakfast. Zero sound isolations means that in the unlucky event you have loud flat mates you will not sleep. + convenient location + helpful and kind owner
Very satisfying experience

The BnB is located in a fantastic spot within the Trastevere area, which is worth visiting on foot also. The historical center is walking distance (for being Rome, it's actually pretty short distance to everything), and there is a vast variety of good restaurants around. They offered to pick us up from the airport, and from the very beginning they were very attentive and friendly. Desiree explained how to move around and showed us our room, which was convenient and equipped with all the necessary. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, as was the equipment. The breakfast is conveniently arranged between 8.30 and 10.30. They offer you the possibility of having breakfast in the kitchen area or in your room, for which they offer a tray where you can put the breakfast. We took that chance every day because we wanted to have breakfast in the balcony that the room offers. The breakfast is good, and it offers enough to cover all tastes. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to visit Rome, whether on a low budget or even with high budget also.
Excellent place for your stay in Rome!!!

We've spend 5 nights at Bed & Breakfast Zoe and simply enjoyed every single day here. Everything offered is as described. 1. The room was spacious and bathroom was pristine clean and very new. Bed was excellent and there is a great balcony for you to enjoy breakfast and rest after hard day of sightseeing. 2. The location is right on spot in Trastevere and in walking distance to the major location that you would like to visit in Rome. 3. The owner works this place from heart and soul and you'll feel welcome from the first second you come in. She is very nice and helpful, providing tips and locations to visit I really enjoyed my stay here and for sure will book again when visiting Rome next time. Simply perfect.
