A wonderful home away from home, in Rome!

This 5* is completely accredited to the best property manager, Giulia, who is attentive and hospitable. I felt very welcomed and comfortable to ask for anything I needed. She speaks terrific English and is very helpful and accommodating. The bed is comfy, the room and ensuite bathroom was pristine, and the location was perfect.
Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

Me and my friend stayed there for 3 nights and the host lady was just great, she was so hospitable and nice to us. The room is clean and fresh, bed was fine, bathroom fresh. A little hard to get used to where it is but we took a taxi first day so we wouldn't need to search for hours. Pretty close to Colosseum, maybe 15-20 walk.
Prefect to stay at this place I'd you're in Rome.

A very nice little oasis in Rome's center. Quiet courtyard with lovely plants. Nice and clean. Large rooms with comfortable shower and toilet. You will be looked after by the owner in the best way. The owner cooks the breakfast herself to the guests. She also gives you specially selected travel tips. I have traveled for over 30 years but have never received better service. Highly recommended!
Best hotel experience

My husband and I stayed in Casa di Silvia in late May/early June this year, and we were so happy with this place!
It is very close to the next metro stop, but we are healthy and active and liked to walk to the Colloseum every morning and continued walking to the different sights from there. The price is excellent for the proximity to the inner city.
All of the staff were very friendly. There was a yong woman at the reception, Iuliana, who gave us very good advice on how to get around the city and which sights not to miss. The other staff also were very sweet and friendly.
The room was clean and comfortable and had a fridge that was stocked with water, juice and milk, and we got tea and little snacks like cookies & pastry for free.
The building was very old-fashioned and beautiful and the nights were quiet (which is very important to me).
The only thing I wasn't 100% happy with was the breakfast - the room was too small for all guests and the food on offer was very plain - but on the other hand, this is a B&B and not a hotel, and for the price it was okay.
We'll definitely stay here again next time we return to Rome!
