Big Bed
Good location,Share bath room,Good Breakfast,Big bed. But not recommend for long stayed find batter option The staff quite friendly and polite. If i can batter option i would stay somewhere else. Termini Train Station walkable
Good place for short stay
We got room with a privat bathroom , room was very clean. Good simple breakfast incuded sweet buns and toasts, coffe, tea. Very nice stuff. It was close to the Termini Station and Colosseum. Not a very nice district. It was cold , probably heating was not working.
Not impressed
Had 2 nights booked with Claudia House. Sent them a email the day before arrival to confirm arrival time. Heard nothing back. We went there anyway, at the time we had said in email. They didn't seem to have us on file, even tho we had the confirmation from our booking. Either way, they didn't have room for us because obviously they were overbooked but they was gonna put us somewhere else for a night and then we could come back to theirs the day after, typical switch scam. We declined due to having plans for the full day (the 1 full day we had in Rome) It takes a big chunk out of your day to check out and wait til check in time for another place so we suddenly got homeless in Rome. Not impressed either way, can't say much about anything else.
Close to transportation and attractions
If you're looking for just a bed, this hotel is fine. What's swaying my opinion is that when we got there from Roma Termini, the owner Mario (who btw is very nice and helpful), didn't have our room available and put us in another building not far at all from there. The room was dark and not the greatest. The shared bathroom was bad. No working toilet and shower had nowhere to put toiletries. Breakfast was pastries and bad coffee. The next day we were put in the right room and that was much better. Mario helped us a lot with our itinerary. The location although close to terminal and metro station, was very sketchy. We came home late from Vatican city one day and we were scared walking back. Also not much good food around. BUT you are close to the Colosseum, St. María Maggiore (definitely go here), and some nice piazzas. If you're looking just for a room and nice staff, this place is for you. For me I would probably just dish out more $ for next time.
feel as your home
Very clean and cozy! Good breakfast with coffee milk tea juice and croissants, good wifi and good location near to termini station!is 15min far away from colosseum so we didnt need metro. Everyday they clean the rooms. Mario the owner is kind and give informations and advices. The other girl does not speak english at all but she is able to trying her best! Excellent choice! I suggest it for sure! We did check out and let us leave our luggage there because our flight was late at night. Thank you!
