we loved this little self serve bed and breakfast. They helped us get transportation from Rome to the airport to go to Greece....quaint and the location is amazing for you to go to the Vatican museum a MUST! and see all the sights of Rome
Perfect location and assistance.
This is a little gem of a place, about 5-10 mins from St. Peter’s Square. Perfect for evening exploration in the area. Everything was super easy to organise. Emiliano was great on WhatsApp, as we were coming in by train, so didn’t know when exactly we would get there. On arrival, we were met and shown around and given recommendations. There are several buses to Piazza Venezia to get into the centre and they also recommended a taxi app to get us to the station when we left. Nothing was too much trouble. The bathroom and bedroom are modern, and the breakfast was good. There are also some nice restaurants nearby. We barely noticed there was another couple, as we were either out or asleep. Would definitely recommend for a young couple looking to explore Rome.
Nicely located
The guest house is a 7 minute walk from St Peter's square and about a half hour trip by bus to the city centre. We had no problems walking everywhere or taking the bus. However if you arrive by metro get directions from Liana first it will save you the cab ride if you get lost like we did. The appartment is very clean and well equipped if you decide to eat in. It was noisy the first night but then Liana showed us how to close the windows properly and we turned on the A/C and were fine.

Overall we were good with this B&B. it was an apartment that was turned into a 2 unit guest house. there is a common kitchen which was nicely furnished. we had a large bed and private full bath. there was a common "living room" with a dining table and couches. plenty of food for breakfast. it worked out fine but there i a little something missing when you only meet the owner for 15 minutes. short walking distance to the bus line and to the Vatican. fair price. good wifi. Owner works so there may not be anyone there to let you in if you do not call ahead and tell them when you will arrive.
Holiday
We spent 5 days here! Our host, Liana was very kind and helpful. She waited us with some cold drinks when we arrived. Recommended us a lot of attractions, good restaurants in the nearby and a great ice-cream shop, the Old Bridge! Every day for the morning we got fresh croissants, packed pastries, coffee, tea... The room was clean, but a little noisy, because there is a big traffic on the road below the window. If you come with the bus/on foot, you can count on 4x17 steps from the main road, on Rampa del viale Vaticano! :)
