A gem, but.....

I originally booked the Gioberti Hotel on the opposite side of Via Gioberti, but due to Covid-19 they decided to keep only one hotel open so every guest was transferred to the Gioberti Art Hotel automatically. The hotel was amazing, the room was impressive. Only minor issue was that the AC was not functioning well (it was broken). So after one night we were given the choice to change to the quickly reopend Hotel Gioberti where the AC was working as it was supposed to. And we did. Bottom line: an amazing hotel, with one minor issue. Recommend? Sure!
Good hotel, amazing staff

The hotel is very modern, conveniently located, clean and the staff is really lovely and friendly. Rosa from the front desk went above and beyond to give us the best tips and help us with everything. However, during our 5 days stay the AC did not work. This was really inconvenient since it was over 30° outside and going back to a warm bedroom was really not great. I would expect that a 4* hotel would solve this issue quickly. In addition the bathroom does not have a real curtain so you cannot switch on the light at night since the neighbours will see through... very inconvenient. Breakfast was not amazing but decent. All in all, a good stay and a real 4* hotel -for italian standards

Small but beautiful hotel situated very close to the main railway station. Great location for catching the buses to see the sights. The area is a bit scary at night. The hotel itself is spotless. We upgraded to a premium room. Free minibar but limited drinks ! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were fantastic!! There is a gym which we didn’t use but looked ok. The manageress at the front desk was so helpful and even went and got my friend a Diet Coke. I hope that everything works out for this hotel when we get get rid of this terrible Coronavirus.
