Wonderful place to stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay and I would definately return! Claudia was so welcoming. The room was clean, quiet and it was lovely and spacious. The bus to the Airport is a few minutes walk as is the stop for Hop on Hop off buses which takes you to all the famous tourist destinations! But to be honest most were accessable by walking from Guesthouse 64. There are some lovely places to eat locally so we did not have to go far to get a delicous well priced meal. I wouldn't even bother looking at another property if I returned to Rome and would stay here again! Thanks again, we had a lovely time at Guest House 64 :) Best Wishes for 2020, Sam xx
Overnight stay near central train station for next day flight out of FCO

Room was quiet, comfortable, clean, and everything was in great working order. It's a small property, so service is very personal. The owner communicated with us in real time via Whatsapp, and provided very good instructions on how to enter and self check in. We had no problems. She arrived the next morning with breakfast, and helped us plan our timing and route to FCO. The train station was an easy 10 min walk, and we made our flight easily.
Will Definitely Stay Here Again

We stayed at GuestHouse 64 twice on this trip, once on arrival at Rome, and another time when we returned back to Rome from Cinque Terre. Location: very conveniently located, 5minute walk from Roma Termini train station. There are 2 supermarkets nearby (both within 5 min walk), one in Termini station, and another one you need to walk twds Termini, but don’t cross the main road, just turn left at the intersection (where the pastry shop is) and keep walking for about 2 minutes you will see it on your left. There are many restaurants in the area. The ones with good reviewa you may want to check if you need reservation. Rooms: we stayed in room 5 and room 2. Room 2 is bigger and has a small balcony. Room5 has a safe, Room2 does not have a safe. Both rooms are very clean. There is a breakfast menu in each room and you will write down what you want and clip it outside your room. It will be brought to your room in the morning at a time of your choice between 7:30-9:30. Breakfast is better than we expected. A/C works well, hot water is consistent, the walls are not that sound proof but all guests were good and quiet so that was not a problem for us. Claudia: she is such a pleasant lady. She is really friendly and her English is very good. Claudia is very efficient. She responds promptly to our emails and whatsapp messages. Upon arrival, she gave us map and keys and explained very clearly the things we needed to know. The second time we stayed here, we arrived late, Claudia provided clear and easy to follow instructions for the “smart check-in”. We whatsapp’d her at the door and she replied in a couple minutes and remotely gave us access. Just make sure you let her know in advance your estimated arrival time. You can store your luggage with her for a bit after you checkout. She will lock it up and give you a set of key, or she will be there herself depending on the time. Overall we are very glad we stayed at GuestHouse64 and will not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Claudia and wish you all the best! Diana and Domenico

Pros: The room is spacious. Our window opened up to a view of Rome. It was pretty cool. They had breakfast packed for us since we were leaving early. The bathroom was clean. They had toys for our little one which added a personal touch. Cons: · Elevator was tiny and slow but i think its like that for a lot of places in Europe. THe water pressure in the shower was fairly slow but eventually got the job done. The mini fridge for some reason, is not plugged in, at all times.
