The perfect position made my trip even beautiful Big and comfortable room with big bathroom too Bed was the best!! Receptionist always kind and ready to help you with everything Surely will come back in my next trip to Rome
Very helpful staff , great location
We travelled to Rome as a couple and stayed at the Hotel Alexandra. Although restrictions were in place due to Covid 19 regarding buffet breakfast we were served our ordered menu in our room each morning. The staff at the hotel were very polite and extremely helpful in making our stay excellent. There are works taking place on the facade that requires scaffolding so probably best to ensure the room you choose is away from this . The works were due to be completed in April but this was not possible due to pandemic. Although it does not make the hotel look great from outside the staff made up for this with their attention. The hotel is only 50 metres from bus stops and metro for easy access .
Excellent hotel
Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. The hotel was clean, good location and staff could not do enough to help. Rooms were very spacious and modern with some old wooden furniture to add a touch of class. We were lucky to get a room with a veranda which was fantastic for an early evening glass of wine. Enjoyed our stay loads and would recommend.

Excellent hotel! , And very central, close to everything interesting, excellent service from the staff! It is highly recommended ! We really enjoyed being there, there is an addition to the breakfast cost of 6.5 euros per person. Recommended!
Short break in Rome
Lovely hotel and the staff were excellent. However, renovation work was being carried out and the front of the hotel was covered with scaffolding and we were not able to open the room window, it was covered on the outside with corrugated plastic, there was a sigh on the window saying 'do not open' This made the room very warm during the night & aircon not operative. I do think that Hotels.com should have been aware of this and advised those who were making a booking. There was also an unpleasant smell of the drains, probably due to the work being carried out. Breakfast was hot and cold with good choices. The lady who oversaw the breakfasts was extremely attentive and was constantly replenishing and typing up, full marks to her. Reception staff were first class. Excellent restaurants a few steps away and all major sights were accessible on foot.
