Beside the beds being old and only little water coming out of the shower and the receptionist murmuring around when asking him something I got into a unforgivable situation. When I came back and wanted to enter my room, one of the receptionist was standing in front of the door with a bunch of keys and saying that he wants to show the room to a potential customer which was standing next to him. I think it is unaccaptable to show booked rooms with private stuff inside to others. When I confronted the other receptionist with the situation he tried to explain that it was a standard room check and not a potential customer... So what should I believe now.

We just returned from a long weekend stay here and we couldn't fault it.
The Colosseum is literally at the end of the street!
There's a fantastic restaurant called Centro, 2 doors down, which starts breakfast from 8:30, and we also had one of our best evening meals there.
The hotel is clean, tidy, plenty of hot water, loo rolls etc, and even provided soap, shower gel abd shampoo sachets.
They also let us keep our bags there for free after we'd checked out.
Yes it's basic, but free air con, a lift, great location, what more could you want?
Excellent location lovely hotel.

This is a lovely hotel based on a floor of a larger building. It's unusual but nice. We had a great time. The rooms are high quality. The staff are very good. The site is opposite Julius Caesar was murdered. Recommended.

The hotel is close to the Termini bus, train and metro station, you walk like 5min and you get there which is very convenient. It is also quite close from the centre. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with a king size bed. Breakfast did not have much variety but it was ok, the hotel is quite small, situated on the noisy main street near the Termini station but we actually did not hear any noise through the windows. Great thing is the reception opened 24h and the daily room cleaning service.
Very good value for money!

Stayed on my own for a short visit to Rome. This hotel is 5 minutes from the Termini but also within easy walking distance of the major tourist attractions. Trastevere is the furthest at 30 minutes.
The single room was spotlessly clean, relatively spacious with bathroom en suite. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is basic but adequate. It was no issue for them to look after my suitcase after checking out. This hotel is on the 4th floor and so there is little or no traffic noise.
I would have no hesitation in booking again for short trips or a short weekend sightseeing visit.
A kettle in the room for a hot drink would have been nice if being picky.
