Book this hotel at your own risk - it is one of the worst and most overpriced hotels in Rome. Here are some of the major issues - and I GUARANTEE you that these will NEVER be fixed, so don’t book and expect to have a different experience: 1. They don’t have a working AC. If you come and it’s warm out, you will suffocate in your room. It gets insanely hot and they will not fix the AC. 2. The bathroom is incredibly small, with a terrible bathtub/shower setup that leaks everywhere. It’s downright uncomfortable. 3. Uncomfortable bed, slow maid/cleaning service. 4. They don’t replenish amenities like shampoo, soap, etc. 5. The breakfast is abysmal - genuinely disgusting food. It’s as if they’re intentionally trying to make it as nasty as possible. 6. There’s just one elevator and a lot of stairs. 7. No noise filter at all in the rooms. You will hear everything. 8. I’m assuming the heater won’t work either, so be wary of coming when it’s cold too. 9. Bad service - no matter what you ask them to do, they’ll either forget or take hours to do it (like asking for more towels, for example). This is just a small list of the issues here. Just don’t book this place, it’ll genuinely ruin your trip here. The location is fine but not spectacular, and there are plenty of other hotels in this area of better quality. And mainly, do not under any circumstances book this hotel anytime between May and October. It’s too hot in Rome, and again, THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A WORKING AIR CONDITIONER. They’re falsely advertising that they do, and I’m going to contact Expedia etc to make sure that the description of this place is updated.

When in Rome

It was my first time in rome so I was just excited and ready to explore. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were greeted by Emmanuel whom checked us in and made our trip a little extra special. The room we were supposed to stay in had a late checkout, most hotels would hold your luggage and provide you with activity recommendations until it is ready. But no, Emmanuel upgraded us to a beautiful suite with a terrace which allowed us immediate check it. It kicked things off with an amazing start! The room was stunning and more spacious than we could have ever imagined! Thank you Emmanuel for your outstanding customer service! Some other notable stay experiences included; the breakfast was tasty and had options for all dietary restrictions. All staff and learned your names so you would never walk past without saying hello. You could truly not beat the location where most sights could be accessed with a 20 minute walk but tucked away from most of the noise and crowded tourist streets. The hotel was nestled in a quiet but bustling street for food traffic, wine bars and restaurants. If we didn't want to walk, it was incredibly easy to call an Uber or Taxi to get us to/from. It was clean and very Covid friendly, they took every precaution they could to ensure guests were kept safe. I highly recommend staying here! Absolutely no complaints and we hope to return soon!

First time in Rome

This was a fantastic hotel. Have been recommending to friends and family. Rooms were spotless. Clean towels every day. Good breakfast on offer Next street to basilica and only half hour walk to other attractions. Only downside,, be prepared for a wait if you order a cocktail. It was ages before barman appeared and turned out he was hiding behind door to bar😏 Would definitely go back 👍👍

Great hotel in heart of Rome very close to St Peters Square and the Vatican. All staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel spotless and very modern. Rooms were excellent and again spotless, cleaned daily to a very high standard, you are provided with an espresso machine. There is also a fridge with mini bar. Free WiFi throughout Hotel with no password required. Plenty of choice for breakfast, continental or cooked depending on your taste, Plenty of fresh fruit and also nice selection of pastries and cereals, it does get busy at certain times but you can book a preferred time slot at reception,small bar within reception area with good choice of beers, wines and spirits. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome.

Situated on a lovely street with a few restaurants close to The Vatican. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Lovely bedrooms ,dining area and reception. Excellent choice for breakfast. Friendly,helpful staff. Very impressive.Would definitely stay again!
