More about the hotel
Disgusting, not worth your money! Not even worth 1 star
We got this hotel through wowcher (latedeals.com) we arrived with our room not ready for us to be upgraded but to this... which is not a upgrade from any other rooms other than it smells of smoke less.we had to check or from this hotel because it was not safe to stay in
Much less than expected!
City taxes: 4 eur per person, can you imagine? In this ugly and dirty hotel. Don't know how to start, reception was offering that if I don't like I could go away, but they did not want to return money and asking to ask for money to our agency. Breakfast was only one croissant and coffee - when the price was like an average 3 star hotel! Room itself old and not cozy, average clean... During nights hotel was closing the door and you had to push the ring and wait for reception man, who was not that fast always and you had to wait. Reception did not speak English, so I was using all my body language, Spanish, Google translate and all the stuff. Location is near metro and also you can reach Termini by 20 min walk, its somewhat fine, but anyways, bad experience.
Awful service
Fully unacceptable relations to the visitors, refused to refund even the half of cost we paid, we call them few times to change the dates and we know that they have the rooms, but they are only interested in money to take from visitors.
Good
Clean rooms with good quality furniture.unfortunately no fridge. Service is good. Very helpfull people. Breakfast is OK. Location is also OK. Close to metro station which is 4 stations from the centre
Do not go here
Booked here via groupon as a deal which I got Irish Rugby tickets also. The “hotel” is very out of the way from Rome city centre, it is also in a bad area. Upon checking in, the man at the desk had little English and was no help at all. The room was freezing and no heat to turn on. The air conditioning and tv also didn’t work. The bathroom is tiny, just enough room to get in and out. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but left after the 1st night as we had a sleepless night due to noise from other rooms and people constantly in the corridors. Would not recommend and will never be back. Safer paying the extra €20/30 a night for somewhere closer to the city
