Clean
The rooms are not as presented on booking. Breakfast is very poor. Staff is great, very friendly and the place is clean. It is very close to the Metro. You can also walk to the city center. You can find a lot of restaurants near by (mc donald and carrfour are close)
Not as in pictures
The room smelled, though was clean. The reception is 24/7 open and very helpful, the location is awesome. Everything was good, but I don’t think I’ll get back here. No exact reason, I will just find something better than this with the price I’ve paid. 1. Smell 2. Design 3. Old
Decent budget hotel
It’s definitely not a luxury hotel - but for the price it’s not bad. Imagine something akin to a clean super 8. Even the pricing in the fridge - water, cola, et cetera - is comparable to nearby convienence stores or vending machines. The room I got was actually a pretty good size, comparable to my local courtyard Marriott, though the bathroom is rather cramped. It was clean, the staff was nice, and they had a “breakfast room” where you could grab a croissant and espresso before heading out for the day. It’s literally around the corner from a bus stop and the subway, and close enough to walk to attractions if you want to. So great if you something right in the heart of Rome that’s affordable but not a hostel. You do have to buzz in if you come back in the evening though.
Best staff and price quality ratio in rome.
Very nice location near termini but not so close, very nice espresso with 1 euro 30 meters away on the right of the hotel best traditional carbonara 25 meters from the hotel in a small shop. Nice rooms clean and really smiling staff .thanks to gaetano and rudolfo

Unfortunately I booked it through the group and i didnt read well the reviews First their rate is 80th euro and they charged me 225 per night They said they gave me their best room Room no AC Phone not working Opened windows Single bed setting for a double And when i asked to fix it the reception person ATTACKED me verbally and was screaming very close to my face and said that is wt available When i asked to leave the hotel they charged me for four nights and considered it regular cancelation I also emailed the director and he ignored my email May be he knows what is happening and agreed for it
