Perfect!
This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Rome. Close to all the sites (20 mins walk to colosseum) but 2 mins to metro which is cheap! Room was a great size with a beautiful bathroom. We were next to the breakfast room which was great as right outside our door but not noisy. Very clean, bed made up every day and staff were lovely. We stayed for 4 nights which was a perfect time to stay and would recommend this place.
Dont go there if you plan on sleeping in after 7:30
In this old appartment turned into hotel rooms, ours was right next to the breakfast area which made it impossible to sleep after the opening hour. No solution or dicount offered despite multiple complaints and request to change (4 days trip).
Very good
Room is modern and clean.Location is very good. Breakfast was terrible (not fresh food, primarly from previous day).Coffee was awful. It is better to book a room without breakfast.Staff should have been nicer and more helpful.
OK place to stay but too expensive for what you get
We stayed 5 nights last week. Check in went smooth and the guy at reception was very friendly (they all were) and helpful with information on how to get to ... and where to have dinner etc. We were showed to our room (302) on the 3rd floor. Room was OK, just as was the bathroom. But even though we slept with the window closed, there's a lot of noise from the street and from the Via Nazionale. Besides a bed and a wardrobe, there isn't a desk to sit at and when you have to work a little like I had, it's not that comfortable. The position of the wardrobe was not very handy either. Internet is fine even though the router had to be reset one morning since there we lost connection. Breakfast in the morning is just OK. Way too much sweet stuff and bread, cold cuts and cheese are of the cheapest quality. All that for +/- 120€ ! Too expensive, if you ask me !
Ideal Location
Just back from 4 night stay. Warmly greeted on our arrival and given lots of info on places to visit etc and how to get to main attractions. Our room was on 3rd floor and ample size for our family of 4. Spotless with big double and 2 single beds. Wifi was good which delighted our two 11 yr olds☺. Walking distance to colloseum, trevi fountain and spanish steps. But if you don't fancy walking the metro is few mins away and train station about 15 mins walk. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. All the staff are helpful and friendly and we really enjoyed our break away in the beautiful city of rome.
