The staff, John, and owner, Paola, were very welcoming! Paola kindly scheduled and followed up on all our airport transports. The property was in a safe neighborhood with many shops and restaurants close by. The Vatican and Metro were a close walk. The room was very clean and comfortable and I will definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel with excellent location, close to Vatican. Perfect light design, always clean, breakfast is provided in room (quite good as for Rome). Very hospitable and flexible owner - Paola. Special thanks to her! We'll miss you) Joyful experience! Highly recommended

I will summarize the main points I experienced in this beautiful accommodation: It's a private hotel, so you need to contact the owner about the time of your arrival! Otherwise you will have to wait in the street. Not the perfect location Nicely decorated Poor Wifi Poor phone signal Crazy street noise Worker noise from 8am, I mean the lady working in this hotel No staff all the time Very basic breakfast There is no safe in the room They will enter the room after you are out, even if you tell them verbally not to. Apparently, they don't clean it but checking the room for some odd reason!

Stayed here recently on a visit to Rome. We had a family suite, one room with a double bed and a room with two single beds lined along one wall and a combined shower and toilet. You must let Paola (the owner) know what time you will arrive at as there is no one on the premises all the time. Paola is nice and helpful on arrival and gave us a map of Rome where she outlined all the places of interest and advise on how to get around. She also gave information on how to get to the Airport. When asked if we could store our cases here after check out it was no problem. ( a great help) We filled in the breakfast order on check in and requested it for nine thirty the following morning. Our room (no.5 ) was street level and faced a busy street with a lot of traffic. It was hard to sleep, as traffic went by late into the night and started up early again the next morning. The room itself is nicely decorated, smelt lovely and had all the amenities and a comfortable bed.I did notice a few long black hairs in the corner of the shower, which were still there the next evening when we picked up our luggage and after the room had been cleaned. As we were awake early the next morning we asked could we have breakfast earlier than requested and it was not a problem. Breakfast is served in your room, and I had the best croissants I ever tasted. The location of these rooms is excellent and are in a very nice area beside The Vatican. If I was in Rome again I would stay here but would have some ear plugs with me.
