Paolina Borghese Room
We had the pleasure of staying in the Paolina Borghese suite - the room is spacious, comfortable, well set up and oh so beautiful. With fresco ceiling, full height antique mirror wall and plush furnishings all made for a luxurious and romantic stay. The hotel was perfect for our first visit to Rome as it is very central and close to all attractions, shops and amazing restaurants. A massive thank you to Rebecca who made our stay so enjoyable, she took care of our booking from start to finish. Every aspect of our stay at Nobildonne Relais was perfect!
Excellent boutique hotel
We had a very pleasant stay at the Nobildonne Relais. Well located in a nice shopping district and walking distance to many sites. The room was a spacious suite and very quiet with a large, comfortable bed. We really appreciated the coffee machine in our room--unusual in Italy. Our hosts were so pleasant and helpful!
Nobildonne Relais Review
This is a lovely place to stay while in Rome. The staff is friendly and helpful, the property charming, beautiful, and clean, and it is in an excellent location. We stayed for one night and I have very few complaints (that seems too strong of a word actually), but there were a few things that bothered me. First, I opted for breakfast, a service I believe they recently started. It was the only time in two weeks I spent in Italy where I was not served freshly squeezed orange juice! It was a pale yellow color and very sour, the kind you get from a grocery store container. The breakfast consisted of a ton of breads, a yogurt, and a small container of fruit salad. Everything was good, but I was anticipating at least some form of protein, and at least fresh OJ! I also was disappointed in the beds, as the two twin beds in the second room did not have any padding (the main bed did) and were hard as rocks! We were a party of four adults, but even if kids had slept there, for the price, I would want all the beds to be equally dressed. I was expecting a luxurious sleep and filling breakfast before my 14 hour flight, but instead woke-up aching and left hungry. I also suggest adding conditioner and body lotion to the bathroom amenities, as that is common in luxury hotels of this caliber. These easy changes would have made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
Great boutique hotel!
My husband and I stayed at the Nobildonne during our first visit to Rome. Absolutely loved it! Everything to the beautiful rooms to the hospitality, stocked mini bar and amazing location. I would most definitely stay here again!
A great small and nice hotel in a perfect spot in Rome
This is a precious hotel. A single floor in a Roman Palacio almost in via Borghese, some hundred meters from Piazza de Spagna. Fantastic decor, nice rooms (not your tipical American chain hotel- the bathrooms are not enormous. Sufficient room, however. The rooms are masterpieces in decoration and quite spacious. The staff helps you with all your needs both before and during your stay. Sleep is good- the location has no noise. Some of the rooms can accomodate a family with children. The staff is not there at night but you have a key and an emergency number. They do not serve breakfast but you can walk to Vitti Cafe, one block away and have breakfast in a real Italian atmosphere (but they will serve eggs and bacon without problem if you ask). Fantastic stay!
