Good for a Rome layover
Opinión escrita el 21 de julio de 2016
Not too difficult to find, close to a train station and easily accessible from the airport. It's a little bit of a pain to enter - it's a house in a closed courtyard, so you need to ring the correct buzzer for the house, get them to open the courtyard door, then walk through to the correct house, where the gate is locked as well as the front door... I arrived in the evening and was met by the host/owner ?, check-in was fast. My room was up a flight of stairs. The room was quite basic - medium sized, Ikea furniture + a small fridge. Storage space OK (Ikea wardrobe:-). The bathroom was big - strangely enough no place to hang the showerhead so you had to hold on to it.... and no shower curtain. Wifi was OK, clocked ~ 4 Mbps. There is not too much in the immediate neighborhood, a couple of takeaways and perhaps some more shops further away. I had to leave early and so was given a take-away breakfast, which was a nice touch. Overall not a bad place to overnight if you need to, since Rome accommodation tends to be generally quite expensive. My advice - make sure you know all the details about how to reach the building, including all the locked doors along the way.

Great Location

We stayed here for 2 days. the location was perfect just 10mins from Rome International Airport and 25mins from the city. It's a quite gated apartment. Our host picked us up from the airport, provided us with a home mobile to contact him for anything we may need. Great flea market on the way to with train station.. Massimo was TOP NOTCH.. see you soon.

Not even hotel!!!
Opinión escrita el 19 de junio de 2014
We tried to book a hotel online and were directed towards this place that was supposed to be very close to the airport. We were never told it was a persons house $30 taxi ride from the airport in a locked apartment complex that did not even show up on GPS and far from the airport. Non refundable full payment (I should have known). could not even get out-gate was locked. BE CAREFUL!

Very close to the station punte Galeria, take a little left when u get out of the station, by the little bar/cafe, cross the street and the pizza joint. Massimo is nice man take care of u when you arrive, clean place. For the price it doesnt get better than this.
