Good location, spacious
It was a nice experience. Situated close to city center, metro about 5 to 7 minutes on foot, Termini station about 12 minutes on foot. Quiet place to stay, cosy, spacious. Ask for a spare key, the reception is close at night. Nearby is a nice place to enjoy a good cup of coffee. Wifi in my room not great.
Nice place to stay with friends
Me and my two friends stayed at this apartment hotel in September 2018. The apartment was really nice: there was plenty of space and it was tidy and the AC was really effective. The location of the hotel was good. The distances to all the central places were relatively short. In spite of the relatively central location, the hotel environment itself was pretty calm.
Great location
This is a very good spot. It's a set of apartments over two floors of an old Italian building. It's off Via National. It's well equipped. Bad odour in the bathroom which subsided once shower was put on. Shower wasn't great. 3 of the four found the beds confortable - it was just a bit too hard for my liking. I also didn't like blankets on the beds but that's a personal choice. Great coffee shop across the road and supermarket around the corner.
Lovely apartment
The apartment had everything that we needed and was clean and modern inside. The host was helpful and friendly although on arrival there was some complications due to the staff not being able to speak English, a kind owner of an apartment in the building helped us out by speaking to them in Italian. Overall a lovely stay in a great location near the colloseum - would stay again!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. Daniel on reception is the most gentle, kind and sweet person who helped to make our stay wonderful. Great suggestions for restaurants. Monti (suburb) is the perfect location and doesn’t feel touristy although only 10mins walk to the Coloseum. They did a load of washing (wash and dry) as part of staying at the hotel - perfect! Very comfortable room and would definitely recommend this hotel.
