The location in this apartment is everything. Just next to Piazza di Popoli and Piazza Spagna. Perfect! Otherwise. If you arrive after 7PM you have to pay an additional 30 euro and there is no reception. The rooms look much better on the photos then in reality. They are pretty small and the bathroom is porely equipped (2 small shampoos for 2 people for 3 days?!?) Small but comfortable bed. It could be even a bit more cleaner. You get your breakfast in a small bar on the opposite side of the apartment building. Very cozy with polite service. Perfect WIFI. It was value for money. Mainly because of the position.
Non existent front desk
Reviewed 4 october, 2018
Booked by our Travel Agent with the information that the front desk is open daily from 9.00am until 5.00pm. However, on arrival the door was locked, the intercom buttons did not work, one of two phone numbers listed was disconnected and the other was not answered. It took us 90 minutes to gain entry to our prepaid room. Good position, good room, but a nightmare to gain entry.

We had an amazing experience at this location. It’s very close to several restaurants and the underground. Massimo was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily which included free waters and hard candy to snack on. We also received free breakfast daily at the restaurant right across the street, nice touch. We really enjoyed our visit, thank you.
Great place, but a bit noisy

When we arrived Massimo was there to show us the rooms. He was very friendly. The room was fine, good air-conditioning, clean bathroom, everything is positive. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of different sweets, bread, yoghurt and muesli's. The only thing we didn't like is the fact that the rooms are very noisy. The first night our neighbour was having a phone call at 5.30. The second night we woke up at 2.00 because our neighbours were having sex. So bring your earplugs if you're not interested in the lives of other travellers.

The hotel locates in the great area about few meters from Piazza del Popolo and shopping street of Via del Corso. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. The room is not well noise isolated.
