The room was clean and big. Only the wardrobe was tiny and open, which was not very convenient. The wifi was working perfectly. The hotel is perfectly located, therefore, everything can be reached by feet. The hotelrooms are divided into 2 buildings.

Booked this hotel thru' a travel agency. It's perfectly located within walking distance of all the major sites in Rome. The staff were extremely helpful whenever we needed their help. A clean and safe hotel. Highly recommended.

The location is very good in the middle of Trevi and Piazza Spagna. Walking distance to the historical center! The rooms are very big and well designed! Not ordinary Rome hotel. Every day cleaning and changing of towels! The staff helped us for everything we needed! Suggest 100%. Value for money 100%

A room up the street and around the corner

I had booked the Rome Art Hotel, but upon my arrival, I was told that we are staying in another place nearby. The new place had no lobby, an old fashioned entry with stairs, a pre-war elevator and mediocre (though clean) rooms. Definitely not 4 star, but 2 to 3 star. The only good thing is the location, but I will never book this hotel again.

Convenient location

The location was perfect, this boutique hotel is located in the centre on down town, a few hundred meters away from the Spanish steps, which made it very convenient. Didn’t like their breakfast, I would not include breakfast in my next visit, I would recommend you walk down the Spanish steps and enjoy coffee and breakfast outdoors if the weather permits, otherwise location is perfect!
