NO Free Wifi
If you need internet connection during your stay, this is non-existent in this place. Booked it for 10 days. Needed to work while staying in Rome. This place's incorrect advertisement cost me a lot of money working out of coffee shops that allow laptops and co-working places. Owner does not take any ownership on anything or give you refund. Would NEVER stay there again- very upsetting.
Scam "hotel" - horrible do NOT stay here
Scam "hotel" - horrible. Post said they have internet and they do not. They lied for 10 days straight saying it's 'being worked on' when they just set up a router with no connection. Dirty rooms, zero staff besides cleaning. Breakfast place is open sometimes and sometimes not and place gave me 5 euro refund each missed day for 2 people. Tried to leave early as place was terrible and they refused and was stuck here whole time. They refused to give any refund or let us leave. STAY AWAY. There are 1,000's of hotels - do not stay here. Overall awful place and terrible stay with non existent staff.
Good
The hotel have a wonderful location, very good value for money, very clean in the room. Breakfast, although simple, but very tasty (the coffee, croissant, juice) . And now a couple of cons: awful WiFi! The signal shows excellent, but when I tried to connect - then it turns off. Wi-Fi catch only in the corridor (we lived In the far from the entrance room, it may be another situation in other rooms). This is the biggest inconvenience. The bed has a very comfortable mattress, but the frame is broken and so it creaks terribly. In the bath the water is very poorly drained, we waited about 20 minutes for the second person to wash, as the water did not leave and would overflow. But the owner is very hospitable, I think he will soon correct these shortcomings. Another couple of tips for future guests: Right in our house on the left side is a delicious pizza - "Scialla" - the best for the snack. And for a full lunch / dinner we recommend going to "Porta Castello". Also there is a Carefur Express on the corner of the street, to buy some first need things. The easiest and quickest way to get to Vatican and Borgo district from the airport is by bus SIT BusShuttle - 6 €, 40 minutes on the way (without traffic), stopping on the next street from this hotel - Via Crescenzio, 2. Back to the airport, you can also go by this bus, but stop a little further street (but they do not go at night, they have a timetable on their website). The SIT BusShuttle stop in the Airport is located on the right, when you do out the airport (the bus stop number 5!).
Very good location for everything
Good location, nice clean room, Daily cleaning! But breakfast pretty poor, even If its free, we only went once. Walking distance to everything! Never used taxi or bus, and we saw all the Big "must-sees" in Rome.
Good position and nice rooms
I think this B&B is on the good spot. Very close to Vatican and metrostation about 15 min walk. Very nice and safe area. The hotel itself is clean and I can't actually complain anything. The beds are comfortable, you get hot water in the shover, wifi is fact and working, breakfast is served in the cafeteria downstair and you get croissant and coffee. There isn't 24/7 reception so you need to notify them when you will arrive and they will be waiting you, we didn't had any problem with that and the guy did gave us some practical advices. There is so many hundreds channels in the satellite TV, but didn't find any English speaking, I think this is the only matter what could be better, if you want to see news etc. There are lots of restaurants and cafeterias in this area, so you can get food etc. near your hotel. Can recommend and can see myself coming back.
