Beautiful clean hotel with great location near metro and main train station.

Great location with a good bar. The restaurant has good food. We loved the location. The rooms are nice and the bathroom was very clean and modern. Love the beautiful marble throughout the hotel. Right across the street from a metro stop one stop from the main train station.

We were so pleased with our stay. On our way to Greece we chose the hotel as It close to the train station. We couldn't have been more pleased with our modern spacious room and the incredibily comfortable Dorelan mattress. Luca the delightful young gentleman at the reception was very kind and helpfull. I defintely will return. Thanks!

Customer Service could be better

I stayed here recently for afew nights as part of a tour. Although the hotel was clean and comfortable, I found service below par. The drinks making facility in the room provided 1 sachet of normal instant coffee and 1 sachet of decaff in double room! (but 4 lots of tea ?) My request for extra normal coffee was met with surprise. At breakfast one element of the toaster was broken, but this was not pointed out and I only discovered it when my toast was uncooked on one side and burnt on the other. On my first evening, the bar service was slow, and the bar-tender seemed to be a trainee. He had to look up each price, and then wrote down all transactions on paper. On subsequent night it was speedier, but I had to request a glass for my beer. It is 60 years since I last drank from a bottle!

This was the first stop on an 11 day tour of Italy. The service desk was exceptional. The people were very friendly and respectful. Luggage was taken to the room for us. The room was perfect. It was roomy, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was amazing. Better yet, the breakfast was fabulous. The best breakfast and the best motel of our tour.

Great location, great rooms, great price.

The hotel is brand new, so lobby, restaurant and guest rooms look fresh and have modern beautiful design. The price is also extremely good as the hotel is located near Roma Termini station and it's only 20 minutes walk to main attractions. Service was excellent! We arrived after 2AM and were allowed to have late breakfast the next day, which was brought to our room for a small fee. There's also a subway station around the corner, but during our visit in September 2021 it was closed for maintenance. Only caution worth mentioning is that the Termini station front gets seedy after it gets dark outside and if you use Google maps coming from old town, then it will direct you through this area. So we just used alternative streets to reach the hotel after our first encounter. But this is just a minor nuicance and not something the hotel can really do anything about. Honestly i don't think one can find a better price to quality ratio at the moment that is outside ZTL so you don't have to worry about getting fined with your rental car, yet so reachable to all main attractions on foot and has so brand new and comfortable rooms.
