Elevator was quite slow but above that everything was super nice. Especially the two sisters working in the reception, they were so friendly, helping with everything and giving good advice about restaurants and sightseeing tips. Good with equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer so the kids could eat at home sometimes. Very good location to sights close by.

Tucked away in a small piazza it can be a challenge to find but well worth the effort. Sara, the receptionist, manager, tourist info and fixer was very helpful in getting us settled and no enquiry was too much trouble. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet and airy. The lift to the 3rd floor was welcome after long days exploring Rome, if a little slow. Excellent restaurants and bars on your doorstep. The bottom line is, an easy 5 stars and no hesitation in choosing these apartment again.

The apartments is old and needs a brand new repair. The room was leaking and couldn’t be fixed! 很糟糕的住宿體驗，不建議選擇此地點。店經理和櫃檯從未回覆我們的投訴和要求賠償的郵件，出國旅遊那麼多次，第一次遇到這樣差勁的服務，而且這還不是廉價的住宿。 漏水四天我們後來已經害怕住了這家旅館，而且還不能退錢，爛透了。 We heard the leaking voice but wasn’t sure for the first night, then when we were back to our room in the afternoon the next day, we saw the leaking from the ceiling. We told the front desk concierge immediately, she was kind and asked mechanics to come the next day. But the leaking starts to get worse the day after and it also damaged our stuff. But the concierge said the manager wouldn’t give us any compensation. We prepaid for 8 nights but the leaking lasted for 4 days and damaged our stuff, so we asked the manager for compensation, we even wrote email but he never replied, no one has ever replied. We have learned that the manager has family business and running different apartments and restaurants in Rome or Italy, so I guess he has no time to care about his customers’ experiences. Also, we are tourists and he probably couldn’t care less. The worst thing is, the elevator even stopped working at night. We recorded everything! Don’t choose this apartment. The worst travel accommodation experience ever! The worst service attitude!

These apartments are in a fantastic location. Central and walking distance to all major attractions. Great bars and restaurants close by or within very short walk. Amenities as described. Our top floor apartment clean, comfortable and quiet at night - not luxury as the name suggests, but everything we needed. Apartment was serviced daily. There is a lift if you can't do stairs - it is slow - however provides access. The staff were helpful and accommodating to our requests. Would stay again without hesitation.

Good location, but nothing else...

My partner and I stayed here for a few days. The only good thing about it is the location. It is practically in the square so lots of bars and restaurants a short walk, and a short 15minute walk to both the Vatican and a bit more to the colosseum. That being said, there is nothing luxurious about this place. It is very basic and I must stress how terribly uncomfortable the beds are. Along with the noise of the bar below every night until the early hours of the morning, we barely slept the whole time we were there. They did keep it clean, but besides that it wasn’t that nice. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and definitely wouldn’t return.
