Great hotel near Termini

Reviewed 1 november, 2021

If you are looking for a nice hotel close to Termini Train Station - look no further. Una Hotel is about 1 block away, but feels worlds away. We were in Room 103. Nice and quiet (we asked for quite room). I liked the fact that I could open the window for fresh air. The hotel is just blocks from Baths of Diocletian, National Museum and Piazza Republica and nice walking neighborhoods. The hotel has a modern , clean, contemporary feel. Room was spacious feeling (if not in fact really large). Nice design to the room and very comfortable. Very spacious bathroom. We had tub/shower. Good water pressure. One minor drawback was only one towel hook. Fine for one person, but where is the other person suppose to hang their towel? Needs more hooks and/or bars for towels. Everything in the room operated from keypad. Lights, A/C. One needs to be technically savvy to operate. Frankly I was challenged but my wife (my IT person!) was able to figure it all out. Breakfast very complete with nice assortment, but due to Covid, everything must be brought to you. An interesting set up. Everything was buffet style, but you could not even step up to is, let alone serve yourself. Nonetheless the service was gracious and you could have anything you wanted. I would not hesitate recommending this hotel and if I wanted to be near Termini in the future I would return.

Super convenient to Roma Termini and surprisingly upscale.

Stayed here twice both coming to and leaving Rome. First stay was in a 6th floor corner room with a large outdoor patio - marvelous. The second stay was on the same corner on the 4th floor. Larger room but no patio. 6th floor room was perfect and quiet, despite the location. The 4th floor not so much as the window did not seal fully and street noise leaked in as well as the rumble of the adjacent street car. Sealing the window would have made a big difference Picked the location as it was convenient to the Roma Termini station and the Leonardo Express to the airport. This also puts it at the hub of the subway system as an added plus, but most major city attractions are only a 20 or so minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was served (as is now typical) by a hotel employee on demand. Good selection and quality of offerings although I thought a 5 euro surcharge for a grapefruit juice was a bit much. Would definitely stay again, but would check the soundproofing before accepting the room.

Nice hotel

This hotel is a 2 minute walk from the main train station so great for the airport run. The building is modern, the rooms have high ceilings and are spacious. The finish is of high quality and the bed is supper conformable. The staff are helpful and professional. The hotel is 30 minute walk from the Collosseum and about an hour from Vatican city but central to restaurants and bars. The reason why I could not rate it 5/5 is that there is not late evening bar in the hotel. Each room comes with a small fridge with two bottles of water, nice touch, except that even though every night costs the same, you only get these for the first night, why? Surely you can get thirsty on the second? Same with the bathroom toiletries, we were there for 3 nights, with nome being topped up. Shame as a great place otherwise

Exceptional Clean - Perfect Location

Husband and I stayed at the UNAHOTEL in Rome recently. The hotel is very nice, bright and cheery. Check in was swift and staff was always willing to help with any issues or questions. The rooms are spacious and windows are soundproof to keep out all the noise in the area, shower is wonderful and plenty of hot water! The location is super convenient - a 5 minute walk from the termini and close to a host of restaurants. To our surprise, price included a FULL buffet breakfast every morning. No doubt, when we return to Rome, we'll be staying at the UNAHOTEL.

Contemporary hotel and close to Rome terminal

Very clean and modern interior. Breakfast buffet is nice and organized to comply safety protocol. Front staff is friendly and conveniently located close to Rome terminal. Wish they have no breakfast option as we wanted to try local breakfast.
