Great location and stay !!!
We have travelled to Rome Italy in May 2017 .Vatican Domus is Beautiful residence with private access and has lot of charm and character.The staff is really friendly and had checked with us before arrival to see when we are coming. We loved our deluxe room and the spa shower. Attractions are within walking distance and all the shops are at your doorstep, We were very comfortable and would stay again at this lovely place. Great stay!
Great room. It was very clean, comfortable and close to the city. I can recommend this place to everyone who is visiting Rome and the Vatican for a couple of days. The hostess were very kind and suggested several restaurants and things to see and do.
Wonderful stay
We stayed at Vatican domus for 5nights in September. Cecilia was there to greet us on arrival and was so helpful throughout the stay. The room was beautiful and very clean. The location was incredible - Prati district, close to shops, good restaurants and not far from all the attractions. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!
Lovely and comfortable
We got a little lost trying to locate VD on account the taxi from the airport dropped us in the wrong place. However one of our hostesses, Cecilia, once we got in contact over the phone, found us one Street over and guided us to the right building :) Vatican Domus is a lovely, clean apartment with several rooms and en suites. Cleaned everyday, and wonderfully maintained. Perfect for exploring most of the places we wanted to see on foot. Only a ten minute walk away from the Vatican, with great shopping streets nearby and lots of eataries too to explore. Maria and Cecilia were wonderful hostesses, even kind enough to buy some sweet stuffs for my mother's birthday which occurred while we were in our holiday. Would definitely stay again.
Great location and service
We arrived quite late and Maria and Cecilia waited outside (until 11pm) so that we could get in and settled. Short walk to the Vatican, even shorter to the Castel Sant Angelo. The room was spotless and made so every day. The air conditioner was quite noisy (but at least there was one) so we switched it off at night which did make the room quite warm. I've had the same in many other hotels so it's not a criticism. Fresh milk and croissants in the fridge for our arrival was also a welcome touch. It's a perfect base to explore Rome from. Nice area considering how close it is to the centre too. We would put it on the short list of places to return to.
