No refund, no answering of emails, no cooperation at all - worst customer service
Had a booking in May 2020. Due to Covid it had to be canceled. We are still waiting for our refund (more than 5 months now). Only offer we received from the hotel is a voucher but not even of the value paid but minus the expedia commission. Also together with expedia it was not possible to find a solution. As I am pregnant and due very soon, I will not be able to use a 1-year-valid voucher (city trip with a newborn until May '21- great idea). Hotel does not answer my emails to find a solution at all. Maybe now there will be a reaction. Very bad customer service.
Super comfy!
Las habitaciones son muy chulas y súper espaciosas, con mobiliario de diseño y minimalista. El hotel ha sido recientemente reformado. La ubicación es muy buena, a dos calles de la parada del bus del aeropuerto y cerca del metro y el vaticano. Se encuentra en una calle comercial. En todo momento recibí indicaciones para la llegada y el acceso al alojamiento, que está todo automatizado, así como recomendaciones para visitar. Hay un poco de ruido entrante del pasillo de las habitaciones por la mañana. Como puntos de mejora, había un poco de ruido procedente del pasillo de las habitaciones por la mañana y no creo que esté preparado para acoger a personas con mobilidad reducida.
