We stayed in the small apartment that was a short walk the reception desk. They usually close the desk at 6pm so if your arriving late do keep them informed there is a plenty if checking in along with the city tax (tax charge per day) this payment is by cash only so do keep that in mind when budging for trip but they don't hound you for this at check in we paid on departure. Our apartment was stunning the lady (Pamela I think) was super nice and really informative about the apartment and for local knowledge. There is a small supermarket literally 3min walk down street and told us were the bank links are etc. The apartment is very central located down a beautiful traditional cobbled street with massive wooden door. They had a welcome bottle wine and traditional cookies for us on arrival, kitchen has microwave, hob, toaster, and kettle. They provide coffee and still / sparkling water complimentary. There is a decent hair dryer provided and can be plugged in anywhere (not one these ones in bathroom only😁) the only down side that I can say about the apartment is the beds are rock hard, never been on a bed so hard but after full day walking around city sights we could have slept standing up. Vatican city is about 30min walk away and a beautiful walk at that. The coliseum is about 40min walk (these times are if you don't stop at all of the beautiful buildings along the way) there is a cute little market that is about 10mins away here you will also find cute bars for some people watching.

Accueil sympathique et serviable de Mary. Découverte d'un grand appartement agréable avec tout le confort, quartier sympa et bien situé. L'appartement que nous avions n'est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite en raison d'un escalier très raide, mais l'agence possède d'autres locations. Je recommande vivement Your Suite Rome.

Non è mia abitudine soggiornare in appartamenti in locazione, preferendo gli hotels, in questo caso avendo affidato ad altri la scelta della location per soggiornare un weekend, devo dire che mi sono ricreduto. A due passi dal Lungotevere del Sangallo e via Giulia, un piacevolissimo monolocale con soppalco, zona notte. Arredato con gusto, anche se made in Ikea, disponeva nella zona giorno di un divano letto, tavolo e capiente armadio nonchè un angolo cottura, separato, completo di tutti gli accessori, compresa macchina caffè e cialde, oltre al gradito omaggio, in frigo,di due bottiglie d'acqua e uno di vino). Dotazione di biancheria da bagno completa di ciabattine e presenza di shampoo/doccia, sapone liquido e crema corpo. A completamento del comfort, condizionatore e due televisori. Poichè situato al piano terra non vi era panorama alcuno, nonostante una porta finestra debitamente arredata ed illuminata, dava meno la sensazione di "oppressione" Unica nota l'altezza del soppalco, decisamente ridotta e....la trave sovrastante la scala, cui sfido chiunque vi sia stato a dirmi di non averci "appoggiato" la fronte almeno una volta. Personale della reception estremamente gentile e disponibile, che ringrazio nuovamente per avermi fornito pratiche e interessanti informazioni sulla cartina fornitami. Non sono in grado di fare un raffronto in termini economici ma ritengo l'importo pagato decisamente equo.
