Great for overnight stop
Not very inspiring when you arrive as it is in a location in town that is a bit worn out, but it had a good shower, a comfortable bed and a decent breakfast and for £36 I wasn't complaining. Check in was quick and easy, wifi was good - only problem is there isn't much around. However that means it is quiet when you want to sleep - so swings and roundabouts.
Perfect for a one night stop over
We arrived on a very hot day 39°. We had a trio room and a twin. Both rooms are adequate with a small unique bathroom. The only complaint well more of a positive suggestion is a Fan in each room as the rooms were so hot with noway of cooling them down, due to no air conditioning in the rooms, opening a window was no an option due to the temperature outside. Comfortable bed, pleasant staff. Breakfast was available but with a Carrefour across the car park that opens at 8.30 we bought our breakfast Croissants, Pains Chocolate Burren and Juice from there. All in all a pleasant stay.
Cheap good find
Located in a shopping center on the corner of the road was this basic looking hotel that held full of little surprises. I was not expecting much given the price. The hostess is a graceful woman welcoming you with a smile. Despite its exterior appearance and size, the hotel has really nice decor (color of walls, small colorful paints and nice prints) and cool retro-style furniture in the breakfast area. Yes the room was small as was the bathroom (we were 3 in one room) but with the plus sides I can't say any of us really have any complaints to make. All in all a wonderful stay with a hostess that understands the importance of guest service. I would greatly recommend it!
Airport Value Inn & Suites Colorado Springs
Very economical, night deskclerk was very professional, friendly with a sense of humor (a scarity in today's business world. Mattresses on beds were a little hard, would of like to seen extra pillows in room. Fan on heater was noisy. Outgrounds were clean as was the motel. Furnished breakfast was great! Will use again.
