Horrible - creepy people
All positive reviews appear to be written before Covid. Things have changed. My boyfriend and I stayed 8 nights earlier this month. It was us and a bunch of guys who looked and acted like part of a community service or work parole program. Loitered throughout lobby, entranceway, parking lot, and grounds. Played loud music at all hours. Felt unsafe. So happy that we got through our nonrefundable reservation. Stayed at Courtyard and Holiday Inn for the remainder of our stay - both excellent. Taking the time to write this review so unaware ppl, especially women, who expected Hampton Inn's previous high standards, aren't caught off guard. Emailed Hampton Inn corporate with these details. Would not confirm anything. Just offered 1 night free certificate. Will NEVER stay here again.
Spotlessly clean with everything you need and want
There wasn't a speck of dust or dirt anywhere and everything was in such good condition, it looked like a new construction. The bed was luxurious, it has a built in convenience store, a year round hot tub and pool, and fully stocked fitness center. The breakfast had good variety and good quality. I couldn't have asked for more. This had everything I wanted and needed at a reasonable price. I got a little bit of a discount through Tmobile Tuesdays and when I joined the hotel email list, I got a free room upgrade. Everything was perfect.
One Night Only
Check in was a breeze and our room was on the third floor. We did the stay and park package. Our room was clean with numerous electrical outlets and a variety of tv channels. The bedding and towels were soft and comfortable. There is a small refrigerator and microwave. They have a shuttle that will take you to a variety of restaurants located nearby. We parked the car at qwik park after we ate dinner and the shuttle driver picked us up. The hotel shuttle runs every 15 minutes to the airport. There were to other hotel stops after they picked us up so plan your airport ride accordingly. The breakfast buffet was ok but the cookies and hot chocolate, coffee, and tea in the afternoon were wonderful.

choose this hotel to beat a big storm excellent hotel. very clean and modern. the staff was super friendly. excellent front desk service, and especially also from Evelyn. always smiling and friendly. would stay again. A+

The hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all of the typical amenities of a Hampton Inn. Bed was very comfortable and hvac worked great. The breakfast was very basic with very few selections.
