The rooms are old fashioned, the carpet ir rather shabby and with a smell of humity but very spacious. The bathrooms needs an urgent intervention of plumber. The breakfast isn´t as bad. The restaurant isn´t good, they served the salad with old vegetables. They have a bar at the top, near de swimming pool, but the offer is very poor.
Not customer oriented at all

I spent 15 minutes to check in because the same person at desk was answering by phone other potential customers. The manager on duty - nov 10 - 2030 hs- was just looking and the queue was increasing up to almost 20 people waiting in desk area. All were excuses - no service conscious at all. After living almost 20 years abroad my country I am really ashamed to see this kind of treatment to customer. And last ... check out time at 10 AM. Rooms standard old fashioned. Not recommended at all.

We stayed for five nights at the hotel and we're not too satisfied with the experience. Our main complained it was how noisy the hotel wise with sounds coming from outside and with in the hotel. The walls appear to be very thin and you could hear everything that's going on in the hallways and in the rooms around you. The restaurant was good with excellent breakfast included in the price and the staff was very helpful and service oriented. The hotel is also a little rundown and clearly has seen better days and needs and updating. However the Baird the beds up your new and very comfortable.
Good choice in Rosario

Rosario is a beautiful city to visit and this hotel has a good location. The hotel is also very nice, rooms are clean and spacious. We had a couple of problems with the room and the staff was involved from the very first moment to assist us and solve them (we couldn't make the AC to start and the fridge had its door broken). That's worth to mention because it's always good when you don't have any issue during your stay, but it's also good to have the issue quickly solved when you have it, so kudos to the staff. Also, beds were very comfortable (even the kids slept very well!) and breakfast was also very good. On the top, you'll have the pool with a bar and a gym. Only one drawback: hotel parking is annoyingly small (you have to work a lot to have your car safely parked, even if the place is not full) and more expensive than nearby hotels (you will feel paying a lot more than you get). Anyway, I still recommend this place.

I must tell you up front...this hotel is beautiful... The rooms are nice...beds comfortable....but the restaurants are chock full of people that should not be in the hospitality business... We arrived a bit late to check in and had made previous reservations at the restaurant they have... The food was expensive and horrible... Gummy breaded chicken...rick hard mashed potatoes and old brown fruit for desert...they considered our arriving 15 minutes previous to their closing for their "siesta" a concession made for us... They did us a favor... That night for dinner...the experience was just as bad... Practically all plates returned...we headed over to the coffee shop across the lobby floor and to our surprise nothing had changed... We found the same cold and uninterested treatment....the next day I woke up feeling a bit under the weather...I asked one of my room mates to get me some breakfast from the "free" breakfast buffet... They literally said that because we were taking it out of the the "free buffet" area we would be charged... The floor manager, Juan Manuel, 'coordially'(passive aggressive) came to enforce and remind us that they had made concessions for our late arrive the day before.... Basically invoking the law.."these are our policies.." He said... I respectfully reminded him that the most important policy in the hospitality business is care for the customer...which was absolutely absent!!! I will not return... The beds were not that comfortable after all... Hope this helps the next weary traveller seeking a nice place to stay in Rosario Argentina.....
