Run down... But excellent Staff
Our room had multiple problems from cleanliness to broken items. Staff was great addressing them. Switched rooms but the next room had problems too. Be aware parking is $29 a day.I did not know as I booked thru another company. Hotel is run down.
Very relaxing and comfortable
Very nice and comfortable will stay again. Close to fashion outlets. Pool was relaxing ! Ready to stay again !! Breakfast was ok bacon eggs and potatoes. Fruit would have been great! Booking my next stay right away
This Embassy Suites needs some work.
This hotel clearly wants you to believe they are taking the current pandemic seriously. They have stickers on the room doors attesting to the room having been cleaned and sterilized to the highest order...unless they happened to give you a room without a sticker. Room appeared to have been cleaned adequately but hard to know if someone else had been in there and requested a change. The breakfast offered consisted of scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and sausages. All had been made hours earlier and left in a steam table. The only carb available was 'make your own' toast (no butter, jam, etc. Tongs left out with no way to sterilize.). Shuttle bus driver was almost a 1/2 hour late and complained about needing to go all the way to Terminal 5 (Int'l Terminal) at O'Hare because it was going to take him "at least 45 minutes to an hour." It took 18 minutes. He also implored me to hop off the shuttle bus and take the O'Hare Terminal bus saying, "It will be a LOT faster!" I assume he was feeling pressure for being behind schedule and saw getting rid of me (and the extra few minutes to make the additional loop to international departures) as a way to catch up on his schedule. There are a lot of choices of hotel near O'Hare. I would suggest another hotel.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Review
All info tailored in other sections of this survey. Dusty countertops, not really suite, just a room with a conference table, and my key card was defective so I couldn’t get into my room after I checked in, so had to lug my bags back downstairs.
Not as good as it t used to be
Unwelcoming staff. No coffee for the room. No room service or food before 5. Breakfast was in a bag and the same every day. Boring. No luggage carts and we had to make Many trips as a result. Would not return
