The Radisson Roseville was recently sold to Double Tree by Hilton a couple of months ago. As you can imagine, it needs work and will take some time to be up to par. Beds extremely comfortable, clean, etc. What keeps the hotel attractive right now is the employees and management. Just over the top! Don't give up on them guys! Everything will get much much better!

This property is now a Doubletree and under renovation. Staff were great. Room had a musty smell when I, but I chose not to say anything as I’d overheard the desk staff note they were full that night. The noisy AC unit made a loud sharp sound about 12:40am. When I investigated, the carpet was soaking wet near the AC, hence the musty smell. Upon checkout, I relayed the information. No apology offered, much less Hilton’s promise to “make it right”. I guess I should learn to be more critical in the moment. Today I received an email about achieving Gold Status with Hilton and I must say it rang hollow.

The front desk staff were great! But the hallways and the room are not clean. Beds are uncomfortable. The upside is they can make it better with an easy face lift and train their employees on how to clean. Also .... put a mattress cover on their beds! A fitted sheet doesn’t cut it for me.

After checking in, our keys wouldn’t work on door 1 & there were drunk and obnoxious guests blocking the walkway to door 1. Thermostat light is so bright it kept the room lit up all night. Bathroom was somewhat small. Bed was not the most comfortable. Not what I would expect from a Radisson. They are changing to a Double Tree. First and last time I will stay at this hotel.

We drove around looking for a Radisson too but the name changed to DoubleTree. No one told us. Absolutely terrible value for what we paid. I will never stay here again. Hotel staff didn't care at all about lack of cleanliness.
