Clean, professional
The site and room were clean and staff was polite and informative. Great sense of direction and knowledgeable about the town. Thank you for putting three towels in the room as well! We will visit again
Stolen shoes
Accidentally left my a pair of shoes. When I called to get them, the staff insisted they weren’t there and told me to check my car. I was on a trip with friends, using a rental car. This was the only place we stayed, and the shoes were not in the car.
Customer Service
The hotel rooms were really nice however the thing i liked the most from this hotel experience was the customer service. The check in lady was really really nice. Her name was Martha. She provided great customer service and was really patient and caring. She had also offered me some water since it was hot outside. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to do the job. You can clearly see how Martha loves her jobs and loves to be caring to her customers!

This is my second time staying here. I'm the first to admit that I'm an overly needy guest. Well, both times Martha has done all she could to help me out. She never gets frustrated whatsoever and always has a smile.
Comfortable and affordable hotel close to NMMI
The hotel is close to NMMI, appears to be well maintained, and the staff is helpful and courteous, We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is also close to restaurants, and fairly close to Target and Walgreens.
