El hotel es muy bueno, tiene un buen y gran baño, limpio, la habitacion esta muy bien con camas comodas. Se nota que es un hotel viejo que lo han remodelado pero es un muy buen 4 estrellas. El desayuno es muy bueno y el Wifi es pago o uno puede pagar internet en 2 computadoras que hay en el hotel.

This place was a dump. When we got there our assigned room had no room number on it. The carpet was threadbare and dirty, there was no wastebasket in the bathroom. All the bathroom fixtures, the towel bars, were rusty. The room safes did not work in any of the hotel rooms. The manager did say he was putting our valuables in the hotel safe, but when he went to retrieve them, he did not get them out of the hotel safe (which he had already shown me). The tiles around the pool were cracked and some were missing. The restaurant was not fully functional. If this hotel was not ready to be opened after being closed during Covid, this should had been advertised. The place needed to be fully overhauled and cleaned before reopening to the public. Windows, sky lights and light fixtures in the hallway were filthy (and some were full of dead bugs). We do have pictures to show what we are writing about. On the positive: it was air conditioned and the beds were comfortable

I am giving them a rating of 5 and yes maybe it should have been a 4 but let me explain. The building itself needs some renovation work. Some equipment in the gym didnt work and there wasnt a buffet breakfast etc, BUT that can all be fixed and i understand that they had to change certain things because of covid and i get that. It was our first time in Rotorua and everything was great! I would go back again but this time i would stay longer. I hope the management appreciate the staff they have there. They went out of their way and even arranged breakfast for us so we could leave early. I think if they fixed up everything and run at full capacity then it would be much better! See you again!

Took the girls out after being cooped up for so long and it was amazing Clean Polite and with having a liver transplant child during covid times I was so impressed with the cleanliness and protocols that where in place Breakfast wow everything was delicious and I recommend this beautiful Hotel to all

Hi all We had a great stay Staff were awesome, ultra helpful, and were the highlight of our stay. There wasn't anything too difficult.. The hotel requires some TLC from owners and owe the success of their business solely to the people who go over and beyond their duty to accommodate their guests. The rooms were lovely and clean, well maintained despite the age. The pool and spas were a lovely bonus to the stay.. and the kids greatly appreciated it. Good value for the price, for staying in Rotorua. Thank you so much for your manaakitanga T & C & kids xx
