We use this hotel every week for work over the last four years and the service is outstanding, pleasant, polite and efficient. The hotel was well managed during covid. Maggie and Joona on Reception are a credit to the business, friendly, sociable and nothing is too much trouble, highly recommend...
Ladies on Reception are a credit

The Premier inn does what it says on the tin. Clean and comfortable stay. However the two ladies on Reception a new lady Charlene and team leader Trish were totally amazing the offer as much service and as 5 star hotel. They went above and beyond to support me as I had a bad experience with uber eats and sorted me out with some hot food from the pub amazing ladies thinking on their feet and super helpful. Every Receptionist was out of this world for service and Must be rewarded accordingly. Well done premier inn for recruiting such amazing people 👏
Great Location, peaceful stay.

This is the second time i have stayed at this hotel in the past six months an the positives outweigh the negatives. On this occasion however, i only stayed for the one night, as it was too expensive to stay for more - this is where Premier Inn outdo themselves as they charge too much for a nights stay. I paid less for 2 nights in May than what they were asking for, for 1 night in November - how does that work?, as surely you would think it would be more expensive in summer than in winter??? The location is a plus, with Rugby town centre only 3 miles away. As well as both the Elliott's Field and Junction One retail parks only 2 miles away down the A426. It also helps having a Aldi practically next door. The hotel grounds have enough parking spaces though can become quite limited at certain times on certain days due to patrons using the Central Park Brewers Fayre pub/restaurant which is attached to the hotel (please read my review on Brewers Fayre here on Tripadvisor). There is also disabled parking at this hotel. The rooms are always nice, clean and presented well. Tea/coffee facilities on hand. Wall mounted Samsung tv with a good choice of channels. I always like the fact that the rooms have a bath as well as a shower as it is nice to just relax in a hot bath. The beds do it for me as they are just so comfy, so a good nights sleep is usually assured as the curtains in the room are black out curtains. The only other negative is that the wi-fi here is poor if non existent. They claim on their website that they have wi-fi at the hotel but i doubt they do, if they do then the signal is very weak as i could not get a signal on either my phone or laptop 6 months ago when i last stayed here, an i couldnt get a signal on either this time - an i was staying in a different room. Last time i even went down to reception an could not get a signal. As a footnote, I just feel that the powers that be should take a look at their pricing strategy and make it more affordable for people to be able to stay at their hotels. I doubt they will, as we live in a world of greed unfortunately.
Nice stop off on our way home from north wales..

Arrived at 3pm, greeted by a very welcoming receptionist.. Room was very clean and tidy.. We ventured next door to Brewers Fayre for our evening meal. Service was great and food fresh and hot.. Servers were happy, and nothing was too much trouble. Returning back to our room, we both slept through the night, beds comfortable and cosy.. Back into Brewers for breakfast, again food served quickly and was fresh. We would definitely return if we are over that way in future.. Thank you for a pleasant stay..
Return To Past Norms

One would have hoped reopening after Covid there would be a new norm, but no just a return to the past. OK the model works but service at the hoteland in the restraunt was better before all Covid restrictions were lifted.
