Not as good as it used to be
We have stayed at this Hampton many times over the years but it’s not aging well.The employees are great it’s the hotel itself that needs a lot of work or maybe New ownership.I know traveling with the vivid restrictions puts a damper on some things, like breakfast but breakfast here was a joke! It was cereal and a bagel ( and only one kind of cereal).The hall carpet was filthy and the beds made the weirdest sounds when you moved around( sounded like metal parts moving).The elevator was out of order for at least 3 days ( thank God we where on the first floor).I don’t think we will be staying there again.
Quiet night
Felt safe, free parking, Lobby set up for coffee and tea 24 hours a day, grab and go breakfast, quiet even though had indoor halls. Clean in Lobby, parking lot and room. Courteous and helpful staff that made suggestions for a nice quality seafood dining.
was not the best Hampton Inn
All the sanitizer was out or not working. Problems with the wifi. The room was pretty clean but found hair in the bathroom. Bed was very hard and squeaked when you moved. Did not feel the room was cleaned well. Coffee in room, makes 1 cup at a time. Gave you a breakfast box with Yoplait, hard boiled eggs and bagel/cream cheese. Also had hot Jimmy Dean sausage sandwiches. The noise level was ok.
Nicole saves this place
Horrible slow check in. Zero room service while you are there so the cleaning staff only has to clean rooms when you check out. Our room wasn't ready for check in until after 4. We were supposed to pay at check in but our card was charged at 1. So I cant get into my room by 3 but they can take my money. When we were finally allowed check in they made sure to let us know check out was 11 am. Cant check in on time, credit card charged 3 hours before we could check in, have to be out by 11. Garbage cans in the hall and outside running over. Only given 2 towels for 4 nights so despite the hotel claiming social distancing you had to make contact with someone daily for towels or toiletries. Nicole on the night shift was very eager to help with anything we needed. She saves this hotel.
Hampton Inn Biloxi/ Ocean Springs
Great stay....very very clean hotel friendly and courteous staff. Easy check in and check out...Staff was great and made it real easy. Breakfast was also very good...lots of variety and the food was hot.
