BED BUGS!!!!
Do not stay here! My friends and I stayed in 2 rooms (we were 4) and returned home to discover that we had bedbugs a month later. although the location is decent and the price is phenomenal (at first), believe me- it is well worth it to stay somewhere that is more expensive and that won’t give you bed bugs!!!! ALSO ALWAYS READ TRIP ADVISOR REVIEWS FOR BED BUGS BEFORE HAND :/

This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed. First of all, NO INTERNET ACCESS from your room, you have to go to outside to have internet access, yes IN THE CHECK IN AREA. You arrive tired from a long trip ( in my case Brasil) and can't connect to your family because this hotel DOESN'T provide it. Workers are disgusting, rude and impolite. NEVER stay in this horrible hotel in your life.
Shame for Hoteliers
Because of nationality problems in France, is our flight was cancele. I was contacting the hotel 3 days before to cancel reservation. I trying by mail and phone and they ignorig us. They are steal our money! These is the worst experience with any hotel in my life. I will try to contact Acor group and try to solve a problem.
Money gone, no communication
Stay was nice. Good for short-term tourist stays. Common unisex bathrooms - nice and clean. No room keys, just the access code. I did my check-in online in advance following the recommendation from Accor Hotels. I was asked for my credit card number as the hotel could block the 18 EUR guarantee. All OK, I would be asked for it even during the onsite check-in. Stay was smooth. We didn't use any extra services or goods. But despite of it the 18 EUR "guarantee" was deducted from my card after our departure. I've sent an email to the hotel asking for explanation. Their communication is very poor. I didn't receive any answer so I've asked again. The reply arrived saying that we've bought towels in the hotel. Which is not true!!! I replied back asking for an invoice for this purchase - as I didn't receive any. Of course because this purchase didn't happen! I was also trying to reach out to the Accor group directly but on the website there is no email address. Just a contact form which (after some issues with displaying the mandatory fields) I was able to fill in and send. I've also reached out to all Accor email addresses from where I've ever received some communication. But still no one got back to me. The trip happened between October 7 and 10. It's already almost two months ago, my money are still deducted from my bank account, I don't have any document about the above mentioned imaginary purchase and no one is communicating with me. No belief I will ever get my money back...
Bedbugs - never again
I've been beaten from my head to my toes over 40 times from bedbugs. These bites were terrible. Neighborhood wasn't nice and looked a bit dangerous, both underbridge area was full with garbage and homelesspeople. Stuff was very kind and helpfull but i will not ever come back again!
