Horrible
My cell had a small window high up letting in little light. Just needed bars to complete the picture. I didn't want to remove my shoes in the bathroom and had the feeling I would come out of the shower dirtier. No wonder you pay before seeing the room. Not again. Will sleep in the car next time.
Shabby room
Nice but rooms really do need painting and updating - a very tired looking bedroom and bathroom and an uncomfortable bed at this Kyriad. Very much a one night stop hotel which we used driving down to Spain. Breakfast is ok. Other Kyriads have been better.
Hawker
Found the room very dark. Would have been nice to have cold air available. Could not leave outside door open for security reasons. There was only a heater. Nice to have tea and coffee available. Thank
Makes Faulty Towers look good!
We had booked in to the hotel under the impression that the kyriad Hotels were more comfortable than the Groups other range of Camponile hotels. In this case we were dramatically wrong. The room was so small that we had to edge sideways to get into the bathroom and to describe the decor as tired is to give an impression of far too much energy. No restaurant or bar but we were assured that the nearby Tex Mex restaurant or next door in the Casino we would be able to have an enjoyable meal. It was a very wet night but there was a covered walkway round to the Casino restaurant. We followed two French ladies round to the restaurant door. It was locked but the ladies attracted the attention of a waitress who opened the door only to state that we could not enter by that door but must walk, in pouring rain, round to the front door. The menu offered a choice of meat or fish. We opted for the meat - there was no meat. The main course and desert bordered on the in edible. Finally we ordered coffee - there was no milk! Unbelievable. To cap it all the bill added a non negotiable 15% service charge.
Very reasonable price
We stayed there one night on the trip to Spain. Our room had one double and one single bed. There was a kettle, tea and coffee in room. Room was quite small but it was only stop-over and 50 euro for triple room that was bargain. Car park on site. Hotel located in very quiet area.Restaurants and fast food within 10 mins walk distance. Recommended
