Room when we arrived was clean. Decent size, wardrobes and drawers but only 4 clothes hangers. Only one bedside cabinet. Very small TV. Decent air con kept room cool. Room was only cleaned properly once during our stay and bedsheets were only changed 2 days before we checked out. This was despite putting the please clean my room sign out at various times throughout the holiday. In fact it was a day when we had no sign on our door that the room was cleaned and bedsheets changed. Beds and pillows were not comfortable for me. Balcony was small. 2 plastic chairs and a little stool was all there was space for. The air con unit on the balcony and the heat it blew out meant it wasn't pleasant to sit out in. We had a room facing the street. It was constant noise from pubs, music, people until around 2am and the cars was constant. Its on a very busy road. The glass doors and curtain provide no soundproofing from outside at all. Roof top terrace. Views are lovely however it has clearly been left to go to ruin. There is a hotel getting built next door. I am not sure if this is the reason they have neglected the terrace. Pool was not clean. I understand debris from the building next door but it was black all the way around it. Sun loungers have cement (I think) stains all over them and they mostly all broken. It's a shame they have neglected the area. A little bit of cleaning and some decent sun loungers would have made this space amazing. I wouldn't stay here again due to the noise and the fact I didn't find the beds comfortable. They advertise a bar, this is a couple of chairs in reception. They sell most spirits, beer wine and juice at reasonable prices. Location is good and near all amenities. If noise, a dirty pool and a hard bed don't bother you then book. If they do look somewhere else.
Relax Inn by name and by nature

I had a splendid time at this small hotel. The roof top pool was my go to place every morning. So peaceful and just what I needed to get away from it all. The room was very nice and was spotlessly clean. The cleaners were always helpful and never missed a thing. Clean towels were always on hand. I must make a special mention for Rachel the receptionist who just couldn't do enough to make sure I, as well as all the other guests enjoyed their stay. It's situated ideally for the sea, restaurants and bars and shops. I will definately be returning to the relax Inn again and again. Thank you so much to all who work therefor a wonderful 7 day break.

Hotel is basic but very well run. Rooms are clean and shower works, but. There was another hotel being built within inches of this hotel and the roof terrace was always covered in a layer of concrete dust. No attempt by the either Relax staff or the building contractor to clean. Sun beds filthy. And the pool was out of action for several days due to dust and falling debris. If you don't want a pool it's worth staying, if you do, avoid until building works complete

Basic. Spotless clean. Lovely staff. No frills just a totally adequate hotel. I loved it. So central. Near to everything. It’s quiet. One minute from Bugibba square. Rooms cleaned every day. With clean towels every day. Definitely will stay again. They let us borrow beach towels. Which they washed and gave clean ones. Beautiful room and shower room. Very spacious.
Nice and clean

Very clean room. Cups and a kettle but no tea or coffee provided. Breakfast a bit disappointing. No choice offered and no cereal. Handy for shops and all amenities but not somewhere I would visit again
