SHADY HORRIBLE PEOPLE- THE WORST SERVICE - DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Treat customers like garbage. I booked a stay for 2 nights but had to cancel due to a family health emergency. I cancelled my reservation more than 24 hours in advance and requested a refund. This was 9 weeks. After 14 calls, 3 emails, speaking with 9 different people, given the run around with being to told each time to call someone else or a different # completely, after emailing proof of cancellation notice more than 24 hours in advance I have been accused of lying, have been hung up on, was told a few times from 2 different Hotel Managers that I would receive a call back in 20 minutes (NEVER HAPPENED each time I was told I would get a call back). Again several times I was accused of lying although I had sent 3 emails each with proof I was not lying and proof of my cancellation in time. Hotel Managers Annette and Sandra are horrible. Hotel Mangers Annette and Sandra ARE NOT helpful in any way in fact treated so horribly- they don't respond to emails, don't call back. They have no customer service skills. DO NOT BOOK a stay at Mainstay Suites Salt Lake City Fort Union. They are horrible, horrible people.

ZERO STARS! I made a booking with this hotel through Expedia. When I showed up about an hour later, there was a hand written sign on the door that said there were no rooms available. The front desk person was not helpful, nor friendly. I was turned away. It was about midnight and I had to go driving around salt lake to find something last minute and way over paid. The employees MONICA & ANNETTE continued to deny the refund to Expedia multiple times, claiming that there were rooms available and that either I just didn’t show up or I got there and then decided I didn’t want to stay there. Monica HUNG UP on me when I called to talk to her about this issue and accused me of lying. Don’t give you money to these people.
