Stay in Salt Lake City

My little brother and I stayed in Salt Lake City the week before Christmas and absolutely loved our stay. The entire staff was friendly - Max, Abraham, Tiffany, Teara and Leriza all made our stay fantastic. The location, hospitality and flexibility of the staff made our trip very memorable - will definitely stay here again when back in Salt Lake!
Great place for vacation

We spend four nights for our ski vacation. It is nice hotel with excellent location. I walked around a lot. Enjoyed outdoor hot spa even though the bathroom near it is often not very clean. The front desk guy is very friendly and always smile and quickly response to the requests. I love their decoration too
In town ski holiday

Stayed in town to enjoy more restaurants. Easy drive of less than 45 minutes even with traffic to the Cottonwood Canyons for skiing. Would have even walked to Utah Jazz game in the evening but they were on the road.
SAD STAY at the Hyatt House Downtown SLC.

I never write reviews because I’m the kind of person who can adapt easily and live on, but this went far enough for me not to warn people. Couldn’t sleep with the AC on because of the super loud noice it made directly in our room so we turned it off and got no sleep because of the cold we felt during the night. Next night we asked for more blankets which they where out of….. Good thing I’m a Hyatt Gold status member. There was a used hand soap bar in the bathroom when we checked in. “Breakfast” , which was included, where scrambled eggs, bacon, orange or apple juice, red and green apples and a muffin. When asked for bread i was told “we only have what you see”. I’m sure you can definitely find lot’s of better hotels than this for the same price. Won’t be staying here again. Let’s see what excuse the manager has in answer to this review.

We stayed here for just one night while enjoying downtown Salt Lake City and absolutely loved this hotel. The location is incredible, right downtown just a block away from the arena and under 10 minutes to Temple Square, the convention center, planetarium, mall etc. There are also many different public areas within the lobby to lounge, dine or even shoot a game of pool. As a globalist, we were upgraded to a 1-br king suite. Since we were traveling with a young family member, we had requested adjoining rooms and they were able to accommodate that request as well even with our two pups in tow. We could not have been more thrilled! Our young family member felt like royalty with her own king suite. The 1-br suite had a full kitchen with cooktop, microwave/convection oven and a full-sized fridge, along with a large living area for lounging around. Both units were really well set up for a longer-term stay with ample storage and dedicated workspaces. Also, the showers were huge! Breakfast was fantastic with eggs, bacon, potatoes, baked goods and plenty of fruits and other options. Service was incredibly friendly. Everyone from the front desk to the person setting up breakfast was warm and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Salt Lake City.
