Hotel Review
This hotel is loud and unsanitary. Not all rooms have air and is extremely small. You do get what you pay for. If you want a restful night go to another hotel. The personnel does not work with clients or help with checkouts. The are rigid and unwavering. The prices may increase, but the upkeep is non-existent. When I first walked in, it reminded me of when we used DDT to kill insects. Porbably are still using this chemical that is deadly to humans. I would rather pay a little more and stay healty. I strongly discourage anyone from stayin in this facility.
Clean and Comfortable
The room was clean and comfortable, however, the bathroom shower was small. There was cable TV with English and Spanish programs. The staff was polite and nice, especially the maids. They provided us with 2 bottles of water instead of 1 each day. Enjoyed the lobby with microwave, coffee and Internet access to check email (no printer). Located in downtown and next to an Oxxo.

El hotel se clasifica con 2 o 3 estrellas, pero a lo mucho tendría media, de acuerdo con otros lugares visitados previamente. Está a pocas cuadras del centro, pero no lo recomendaría porque su infraestructura en general está deteriorada, así como las condiciones de las habitaciones y sus sábanas, sobrecamas y toallas por igual. El aspecto del lugar es malo y de ningún modo se ve como un lugar acogedor. El rango de precios es en promedio de $600 a $800, alto si se toman en cuenta las pocas comodidades de los espacios que tiene. Una alternativa a este hotel es el huizache, que queda a menos de 500 metros, rumbo al Ateneo fuente, las tarifas son similares y las diferencias entre uno y otro significativas.
Comodo
Se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, todo queda muy cerca. La habitacion muy comoda, muy limpia, desde que llegas a recepsion esta todo muy limpio, la atencion del personal excelente, siempre al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Lo recomiendo mucho. ;)

Tengo tiempo hospedándome aquí pero me doy cuenta que cada vez que vengo tratan de mejorar tanto en el servicio como en las habitaciones, es un hotel limpio cómodo y lo mejor excelente atención del personal.
