Best Room Always! Very Clean and and quiet, Food can be bettter but its fine. Location to the ariport is good, but litlle far from Salvador! Parking has a good valet service. Air conditioning woeks very well.

Near to Itapoan and Flamengo's Beach and exceptional Restaurants. Facilities super clean, excepcional breakfast and good restaurant ambience at fair price. Good and fast receptionist and attends, taxi and parking services outstanding, very good meeting rooms at fair price, professional like a 5 stars Hotel are there really to make your stay a memorable moments. They really want to serve you with 5 stars services at 3 stars costs.

Great hotel and location near the airport for those late night flights into Salvador and early morning flights to other destinations in Brazil. The hotel looks like new, super clean, comfy beds and with a great selection at breakfast, special mentions to the omelette lady (keep practising your English) , Moises on reception and the management for their understanding in sorting out my erroneous booking. Great hotel if you need to catch an early flight. Excellent buffet breakfast though not included in our room cost. We had a discounted room price. Cable TV, wifi, gym, pool and not to far from Salvador's northern beaches (uber or taxi). Not much in walking distance from the hotel though.

I have just arrived in this hotel. It is my second time staying here as I already stayed here after my incoming flight. Last time was the majority of things alright. You can not expect full Novotel Standard eg. like in Paris but overall for short overnight stay near the hotel, it is enough. But today I am shocked. First of all - the staff speaks no English or only very poor English. They handed me my room keys and upon arriving in the room I realized that there is a broken window which is not possible to close. A big issue when you want to use air conditioning and also noise is horrible. Ok, I went back to the reception. There I explained that the window is broken and I would like to get a new room. There was a receptionist that did not speak any English, she thought I need a new room card. After several minutes I received a new room which was unbelievably dirty. The floor was full of hairs and small pieces of something that in the end I had to clean it myself with the towel. Nothing was cleaned. Windows dirty, glass in the bathroom not washed, sofa with spilled something. I think that for this horrible stay should management offer partially refund or voucher for next stay in Accor hotels. But do not be afraid. It is only a short drive from the airport so if you are arriving late from Europe flights and feeling exhausted, you are at the right place. The breakfast is excellent...
